Story
Yin & Yang, black & white, pepper & salt, Wolfie & Loupie….. the perfect duo! Are you looking for 2 super snuggly adult cats to warm your days and nights? Do you need some silly kitty antics to make you laugh? Do you love fluff and fuzz? Look no further….. these are the cats for you! Wolfie (7 yrs male, black with gold eyes) and his best gal pal Loupie (10 yrs old female, white with blue&green eyes) were originally community cats in Fort Collins before coming to Animal Friends. They do everything together- eat, sleep, cuddle, play, wrestle, and more. A few special things to know about this dynamic duo: neither cat has any teeth! They should be inside-only cats for protection, and to keep their glorious coats shiny and clean. They love to wrestle each other, and play with a variety of toys. Loupie is also a big fan of watching TV, especially nature shows about birds. When you sit on the sofa, both cats want to be on your lap, cuddled up with you. They are very vocal, and love to chat especially when hungry- they will let you know and will have full blown conversations with you. They will also make you laugh with their playful antics, cheerful chirps, and WWE full-body contact wrestling moves. The best part about adult cats is you know exactly what their personalities will be. You’ll love these cats- they will bring joy and laughter to your home!

Story
Meet Martine! He is a very handsome cat with a difficult past. He's ready for a patient and loving home! Martine and Bubba Duke are a bonded pair. Martine and Bubba came to us from a pretty intense hoarding situation. They were living in a home with 60+ other cats. Cats that come from large hoarding situations like that often have varying levels of socialization and will require a home with patience and understanding. Hoarding cats may be very fearful in new situations and will likely require a long, slow introduction to your home and the members residing in it (both animal and human). If you are interested in learning more about the process of adopting a hoarded cat and what to expect, please contact us! September 4, 2025, 6:16 pm

Story
Meet Flambae, the cat whose heart is bigger than her curiosity (and that’s saying something). This little lovebug is a professional snuggle enthusiast, a devoted pet-seeker, and a champion of head boops. His silly personality will have you laughing before your coffee even kicks in, and his expressive face? Let’s just say it has a PhD in drama, comedy, and general mischief. Flambae doesn’t just like people—he adores them. If you’re sitting, standing, or even just existing in the same room, he will find a way to smother you with affection and demand pets like it’s a full-time job. Warning: side effects may include uncontrollable giggles, warm fuzzy feelings, and a sudden addiction to cat cuddles. Flambae is basically your personal furry happiness machine…with a side of comedic genius.

Story
Hello! I am Rex! I am a working cat looking for my new home. I have lived the outdoor life for my entire life and I’ll be returning to that same lifestyle in your barn, storage shed, or other outdoor building. When you take me home, you may not see me after I’ve gotten adjusted, but I’ll be busily working away behind the scenes. If you have a rodent problem, we have your solution - adopt one of our working cats today! All of our working cats come altered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, FeLV/FIV negative and ready to work.Working cats are mousers that need to live outside of city limits in a barn or outdoor building. All they require are two square meals a day, fresh water and future veterinary care. Due to their behavior, these cats are not suited for normal adoption as indoor pets. However, their love for the outdoors, need for a job and thirst for adventure will ensure your barn or shed will stay pest free for years to come!
