Email us any questions about any cats we have and we will be happy to provide any additional information you may need. If you are approved for adoption, we are now doing curbside adoptions in order to minimize contact. Anchovy is about a year old as of May 2025. His situation is a bit complicated, and he's spent most of his life in rescue. He was trapped as an older kitten with the intent of socializing for adoption. Unfortunately, his foster was unable to spend the time required to work with him, so he either needed to go back outside or be moved to a different foster. Cold weather was already here, so the decision was made to move him to a different foster. He's still quite fearful, but is very motivated by food. He leans in for pets, purrs, and is generally relaxed when he's eating. He may never become a lap cat. He may have to go live in a barn. At this point, we aren't sure, but he's spent enough time here. Our adoption fee structure is as follows:   $75 - Kittens/Young (Up to 1 year) $50 - Adult (1 Year +) $25 - Senior (7 Years +) $0 - FIV + There is an additional $25 fee for cats considered to be an "Exotic" (Siamese, Persian, etc...) If you are a senior (65 years or older) you can adopt any of our senior cats (7 years or older) for only $10! Please mention this special when applying. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Nova is an adorable little black kitten, born approx Oct 2024.  She came into her foster home terrified of people.  She has come a very long way.  She loves to play with her toys and climb up her cat tree.  She lives to be pet but is still a bit timid and is shy of new people.  With more love she will understand that nobody is going to hurt her.  She would flourish in a house with another confident, friendly cat or kitten to help show her how great it is to be loved by people.  She might be okay with a calm, disinterested dog and older kids, but would do best in a quiet house as she does get nervous of loud noises.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Lefty is a very sweet young girl (DOB approx Sept 2024).  She is a gorgeous medium haired black kitty with a slight head tilt to the left.  The vet who checked her out at the shelter noted possible cerebellar hypoplasia but otherwise she is healthy and gets around just fine.  Cerebellar Hypoplasia causes issues with balance and coordination but is not contagious and they can live healthy, normal lives.  And her slight head tilt doesn't slow her down at all.  While she is a little shy at first she warms up quickly and LOVES attention.  She loves playing with other cats and is bonded to her sister, Lira, and they will need to be adopted as a pair.  She also doesn't mind the dogs in her foster home and will probably be fine with kids who are a little older and calmer.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Just like her name, Pastina is small, delicate, and full of quiet warmth. She’s one of the shyest members of our Pasta Party rescue — and with all she’s been through, it’s easy to understand why. Pastina came to us in one of the worst conditions of the group, but even in her hardest moments, she’s shown incredible strength and resilience. This tiny noodle is learning that people can be kind and that it’s okay to trust again. She loves cozy hiding spots (bonus points if there’s another cat friend to cuddle with) and gentle affection from those who move at her pace. Pastina will need a patient, loving home where she can continue to heal and gain confidence, but we know her perfect match is out there — someone who will see her not for her past, but for the sweet, hopeful heart she has today. Because even the smallest noodle deserves the biggest love.
