Elsie is a sweet, shy girl who responds to a gentle touch.  She has a long soft coat that will stay tangle free with a brief brushing every day.  Elsie has had dog exposure and did fine living with a gentle, calm dog. Loud noises and quick movements startle Elsie so she would do best in a quiet home without small children.  She does require prescription food to help prevent bladder stones, but it is easily ordered with a vet prescription.  Elsie will sit on your lap while you watch TV and give you foot kneads and gentle love nibbles. Prescott is a sweet boy. He’s laid back but does like a good play session. Due to past minor bladder issues, he needs to be fed separate from other animals to  eat his special food. Otherwise he’s in good health. He’s good with cats and has lived in a home with dogs and kids.September 9, 2025, 2:46 pm

My name is Peppa Pig and no I am not a pig. Although I was pretty round when I came into my foster home. Inside of 24 hours, I popped out 6 babies and then after a few weeks, if that wasn't enough headaches...i mean little darlings to look after, I inherited a couple more to feed and look after. Honestly, I think I was doing enough before the last 2 came along but they are all weaned now and found their own homes. I have been waiting for my own home for a while now. But life hasn’t been too bad for me while I wait. I taught myself to go in and out the doggie door with a little help from the resident dog Alma, and spend most of the day outside, snoozing in the shade, under bushes or if it is too hot, I will come in to enjoy the A.C. I don’t ever wander too far from here as I have the foster dad trained to give me my meals whenever I show up to eat. Sometimes he needs a little reminder but usually he is pretty good at reading when I am hungry. I keep myself amused by catching and playing with little creatures that happen to go into the flower beds, so you may never know what gifts I will bring you or leave you as tokens of my love! I actually have the best of both worlds, being inside and outside both. Like a usual feline, I will seek you out when I want to be petted or loved on, but I am not one that will sit in your lap for hours or fling hair all over your furniture. I am pretty independent but love to have people around. My adoption fee is $100. And I am fully vetted and spayed. And the best part, is that no litter box is required as I do all of my business outside!

Hello, I’m Thanatos named because I am as quiet as the God of Death himself. When I first got to my foster parents’ home I wouldn’t meow and every move was hard for my foster parents to track because I was so silent. I’m the brother of Hermes and Orpheus and of the three of us, I’m the coolest. I am a cuddlebug, but I can be as energetic as any kitten. I am meant for the pampered indoor cat life and now that I have a taste for it I never want it to stop. Though I prefer to loaf around more, I’m an adventurer. I like going and exploring new areas and meeting new people. I also tend to like other cats a lot faster than most. I only recently learned how to meow, but I am still a mighty kitten. I also really like playing with springs and toys with bells in them. I’m great with other cats and school age kids.

Hi, I’m Orpheus and I live up to the namesake. I talk A LOT, I have tales for days and they’re never the same. I was born on the streets with my brothers, Hermes and Thanatos, but we were definitely made for that pampered indoor cat life. I am a cuddler, but I like to play hard and I am always full of energy, but really what orange cat isn’t? I play with my brothers, Hermes and Thanatos, but I get along with other cats and definitely need a home with another cat to play with. I’m also an insta-purrer. I like following my foster parents around and tell them about my day. I’m also really good being around school age kids especially if they run with a toy for me to play with.

Mira is a natural born half tail kitten, her tail is between a bobtail and a full tail, its about 3" long. She and her littermate, Bob, were taken in with their momma, they were thin, with infected eyes and infested with fleas. They have made remarkable progress and are flea and parasite free, their eyes have cleared up and they are very loving and fun kittens. They will be spayed and neutered 11/12/25 and are ready for foster or foster to adopt home where they can continue to thrive.

Flora is one of 3 sisters whose momma was hit by a car. They are very healthy and happy kittens. They are weaned and eating moist and dry, though they are still in the very messy stage of eating, lol, drinking water. They are very playful and social and typical 6 week old kittens. Flora will be available for foster to adopt in a few more weeks and she will be spayed 11/5/25.

Merryweather is one of 3 sisters whose momma was hit by a car. They are very healthy and happy kittens. They are weaned and eating moist and dry, though they are still in the very messy stage of eating, lol, drinking water. They are very playful and social and typical 6 week old kittens. Merryweather is a bit more cuddly than her sisters, she loves being held and rubbing her face on yours. Merryweather did have issues with aspiration when she was younger but those seem to have resolved. Merryweather will be available for foster to adopt in a few more weeks and she will be spayed 11/5/25.
