Story
Meet Starship! This out-of-this-world kitten is part of the Space Litter. Starship is a 3-month-old, 3-pound, dark grey male domestic shorthair with a curious spirit and a sweet personality. He loves to wrestle, chase, and zip through the play tunnel with his siblings—Asteroid Destroyer and Comet. Some of his favorite hobbies include birdwatching with sharp eyes, expert-level cicada spotting, sunbathing (he lives for it!), napping, exploring new places, lounging in his cat tree, and chasing string toys. Starship is also a champion purrer—he’ll reward you with loud purrs and ask for belly rubs with total confidence. A true foodie at heart, he enjoys both solid and canned food and never says no to a treat. If you're looking for a playful, gentle, and affectionate kitten, Starship is the purrfect companion. He is potty trained and comfortable around people of all ages in his foster home. This litter is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other friendly, social pets. They are very social by nature and need to be with other pets for their socialization. Starship's adoption fee is $75; to adopt a pair of kittens, the combined adoption fee is $110.00. To adopt this pet, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Story
How to Train Your Kitten: Meet Berk! This adventurous litter is as playful and entertaining as their names suggest. Berk is a 3 month old, 3 pound kitten who is ready to find his forever home! From feather wands to catnip toys, Berk is always ready for fun — whether that means zooming around the room, wrestling with his siblings, or learning the fine art of the pounce. Berk may be the quiet one of the group, but don’t let that fool you — once he feels safe, he’s all about playtime and pets. Gentle and observant, Berk is perfect for someone looking for a softer, sweet-tempered companion. Berk has a love for toys, attention, and the simple joys of kitten life. If you're looking for a quieter companion, there’s a perfect match waiting in this little dragon-inspired crew. Berk is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other friendly, social pets. They are very social by nature and need to be with other pets for their socialization. Story
We have had these two cats for a year now, I would like you to adopt them both since they are brothers and I have had them together, they are really well-behaved and affectionate, they use a closed litter box. I feel the need to publish them since I am not sure I can care for them properly due to the migratory instability that happened, I do not want to go and leave them alone, both are neutered and vaccinated.

Story
Meet Jud one of our 911 Crew members, along with his brothers Owen and TK!  Jud was rescued from a local trailer park when a good Samaritan was helping and wanted a better life for him and his brothers. Jud is SO loveable and affectionate. He is extremely soft and medium/long haired.  He loves playing with his brothers and would love to be adopted with one of them, but as long as he has a similar aged kitty friend he would be fine. Jud loves to play and jump in your lap and can be very vocal at times! He loves to be around people. He has been neutered, age appropriate vacations, negative combo test and is microchipped. He is approximately 12 weeks old being born around March 2025.  Adoption Fees: $75 for kittens (or 2 for $125), $60 for adult cats (or 2 for $100)  applications can be found at:  Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue Adopt June 18, 2025, 12:43 pm
