When he warms up to you (a process that will take equal parts patience and treats), this dignified gentleman will have no qualms about hilariously dive bombing his head into your hand or leg for pets. Chin scritches are his favorite, and are a quick way to get him to start purring. Just try and restrain yourself from gently booping him right on his perfect chin circle, we dare you! He's very acrobatic and loves chasing around wand toys (fair warning to his new guardian: your home will slowly be littered in feathers from his enthusiastic efforts). After he's done playing, he is happy to flop alongside you while you work or watch tv. He's a curious boy, and will always be intrigued by whatever it is that you're doing. Oscar is currently on a diet to trim down a little bit. He's also been diagnosed with a heart murmur, which we're in the process of investigating. Chloie is so funny. She can go anywhere in the house, but apparently her crate is her safety zone. She sits there and waits to be pet. If her dish is empty, she sits at it and stares out of the crate waiting for it to be filled.Chloie has been in foster care for a few years. She will need a very patient adopter. She takes a long time to trust new people. She spent a month with another foster as a test and was still hissing at her. She hisses because she is scared. She does not scratch or bite so she can be picked up. Once she has adjusted to her person, she loves to be pet.
