Story
SPECIAL NEEDS - MEDICALEaston came to CVHS with his brother Finley due to some lifestyle changes that were too much for them. He is timid at first with new people, but once he gets to know you, he loves to be petted! He is a sweet boy who would love to curl up next to you on the couch. He previously has been mostly indoors, with occasionally being able to roam outside. He does have prior experience living with canines and children, and did well with them, but may prefer a calmer, quieter home due to his shyer personality. He has done well with his feline roommates here in our colony rooms. For a while we pulled Easton off our website, as we were concerned we were seeing signs of stress, as Easton was plucking his fur. Bloodwork showed that this handsome cat struggles with high blood pressure. We`ve worked with our vet to adjust medications over the last few weeks, and he`s at a good dosage that a willing adopter can continue with him twice a day orally, and the medication is not expensive. He takes his medication like a champ, and appears to be feeling so much better. Do you have a place in your heart and home for a feline who needs a little more care?

Story
Chloie is so funny. She can go anywhere in the house, but apparently her crate is her safety zone. She sits there and waits to be pet. If her dish is empty, she sits at it and stares out of the crate waiting for it to be filled.Chloie has been in foster care for a few years. She will need a very patient adopter. She takes a long time to trust new people. She spent a month with another foster as a test and was still hissing at her. She hisses because she is scared. She does not scratch or bite so she can be picked up. Once she has adjusted to her person, she loves to be pet. She would be probably best as an only pet since she is afraid of some cats.Adoption fee for cats & kittens: $90.00Includes:Spay/neuterFIV/FeLV test1st year vaccinationsDewormingFlea controlEar mite treatment MicrochippingAll kittens are vetted and microchipped prior to adoption.
