Story
My sister found RJ when he was just a few months old and she kept him outside. My husband and I took RJ in and have had him for three years now. Overall RJ is laid back but he does get burst of energy where he will run around and literally jump off the walls as if he is doing parkour. When he's comfortable enough with the people around he likes to snuggle and be close. He doesn't like loud noises and gets scared and anxious and will try to find a place to hide. We adopted Sky from the Greenville Humane Society. She is shy and very sensitive/easy to scare, so sudden movements, lound noises, etc scare her. She hides and stay to herself a lot, but will come cuddle when shes comfortable enough. Both cats are declawed, so they have to stay in the house. The home that the cats are used to is just two adults without any children and the home stays pretty quiet.

Story
Special Needs- sweet Nikki Sweet Nikki was found as a stray by a wonderful friend (who has since passed away).  During her medical exam, it was discovered that Nikki has a significant cleft palate. However, she had already been spayed, and except for mild nasal discharge, was remarkably healthy! Our friend, because of her own declining health, had opted for euthanasia for Nikki, but was so happy when I said I would take care of her and try to find her a special home. Nikki is so very sweet, loving, calm, and petite. She tolerates my crazy dogs, and does well with my own cats and my many fosters.  Nikki is "special needs" because of her cleft palates.  She gets frequent sinus infections, which require antibiotics fairly frequently.  I currently keep Azithromycin on hand for her and fo a 3-5 day course as needed (per her DVMs instructions).   ##1866161##

Story
Meet Socks – The Big Guy with Big Personality (and a Bit of Sass) Say hello to Socks, a 1.5-year-old house panther with a whole lot of personality (and a little extra floof around the middle). He’s a BIG boy—solid, handsome, and maybe just a touch chunky—but that just means there’s more of him to love. Socks is playful, curious, and definitely has a mind of his own. He loves attention—when he’s ready for it—and don’t be surprised if he throws you a grumpy old man look or two while he decides. With his signature mean mug face, he’s got the perfect balance of “I run this place” energy and secretly sweet charm. Aloof at times and a little shy in new situations, Socks warms up on his own terms, but once you're in his circle, he’s loyal and affectionate (with a side of sass). Whether you’re looking for a solo sidekick or want to add him to your cat crew, Socks will do just fine—he gets along well with other cats and knows how to hold his own. And bonus: His brother Vern is also available! Sleek, long, and lean, Vern is the yin to Socks’ yang. Adopt one and gain a cool companion. Adopt both, and you’ve got a legendary duo. Come meet Socks—grump face and all. He just might be your perfect match. ##2057140##

Story
DOB 3/19/23 I am a petite shy girl who will need a special home with someone willing to be patient with me while I come out of my shell. I adore my two outgoing kittens, Flora and Freya, and would love to be adopted with one of them. I get along with other friendly felines, but dogs scare me. I love toys, soft fluffy beds, and high places to perch where I can see my whole kitty kingdom! ##2076574##
