Story
Ready for a furry friend who keeps life interesting? Let's get Toby into your home! He's a handsome, neutered male who's about a year and a half old. He started life rough, found outside as a little kitten, but he's been living the indoor life ever since. The problem? Toby is convinced he’s still supposed to be a wild adventurer! Since he can't go exploring outside, Toby has decided to turn the inside of the house into his personal jungle gym and late-night playground. Keeping it Real About Toby: he's a night owl. If you like a quiet home after bedtime, Toby might challenge that. He’s up all night, patrolling, climbing, and making sure you know he’s awake. Toby is a champion climber and accidentally breaks things because he treats your home like an obstacle course. A Little Too Rough: He's currently trying to teach the resident kitten some "tough love" and views the small Pug/Chi dog as his favorite, slightly fluffy wrestling dummy. He needs a home where he can be the star, or one with pets that can handle a lot of rough-and-tumble play. His previous owner struggled to keep up with his high-octane personality. Toby isn't mean, he's just seriously bored. He needs a family who understands that crazy behavior comes from a deep need for structured play and mental challenges. If you have the patience, the energy, and the commitment to give this guy the busy life he deserves (think cat trees, puzzle toys, and maybe even a catio!), Toby will quickly settle in and become the hilarious, loyal friend you've been looking for.

Meet Tiger Tina – A Gentle Snuggle Bug Looking for Love  Tiger Tina is a beautiful 1-year-old shorthair tabby with striking black, gray, and white markings that make her look like a little work of art. She may start off a bit shy when meeting new people, but once she feels safe, her loving personality shines through—and that’s when you see what a true sweetheart she really is at heart, Tiger Tina is a cuddle cat. She loves to sleep in bed with her person, snuggled up close for comfort and warmth. Once she trusts you, she’ll happily keep you company, purring softly by your side and reminding you every day how rewarding it is to earn a cat’s love. Like many young tabbies, TIger Tina has a playful, curious side as well, and with a little encouragement, she’ll happily join in on toys and games. She’s litter box trained, well-mannered, and ready to fit right into a calm and loving household. TIger Tina would do best with a patient adopter who can give her the time and space she needs to fully blossom. In return, she’ll reward you with endless snuggles, loyal companionship, and the kind of quiet, devoted love that only a once-shy cat can give. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who just needs a soft place to land, Tiger Tina might be your perfect match.    Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and let us know where you live.   We transport up from Nashville, TN and will adopt and deliver to the northeastern states.   All our cats and kittens are in loving FOSTER HOMES and cared for and socialized with hugs and love PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.September 24, 2025, 6:56 pm

Story
Rey A short time ago, in a county not so far away, there were 6 kittens born on February 21, 2025.  One little lady has grown into a beautiful black and grey tabby kitten.  Much like her Star Wars namesake, Rey is a spunky little scavenger.  One of 7 littermates in her room, Rey is petite in size.  Whew!  Rey exhibits innate abilities that allow her to combat her much bigger brothers. Testing her Jedi skills, she has to battle 5 boys for any attention.  She has become wise watching her rascally littermates from a distance.  She zooms in when the boys are distracted.  The force is definitely with her!  She and her littermates are free to explore their universe, but they are contained to their galaxy room.  These little rebels enjoy chasing each other around the room, up and down the tower.  The flying fish on the wand tests their Jedi skills daily.  A few somersaults and back flips are in order.  Fun it is.  Especially that droid ball that rolls around on its own.  The force must be with it.  Is the force with you?  Don’t let this gorgeous girl escape.  This little love is a quiet little kitten, with a loud motor, that will brighten your world.  She has a gentle personality, not one to be in the middle of the mischief.  Rey can be found entertaining herself with the 3-tier tower toy.  You can also find her playing with her only sister, Chewy.  Her personality is somewhat reserved right now.  Those darn boys can be too rough and too fast!  I am certain Rey will blossom when she relocated to her new home.  May the force be with you to call or email CCR and rescue this little rescue, from the dark side.  Do or do not.  There is no try.  Now is the time!  Putting all cinematic jargons aside, This litter is one of the lucky ones.  They were born inside, in safe and dry quarters, and were nursed by their mama for 8 weeks, and then some.  We battled the typical parasites, fungal and bacterial infections that seem inherent with young kittens.  But these kittens have received attention, care and love from their first day on this planet. Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.September 30, 2025, 3:58 pm

Story
Lillypad, Pollywog, and Minnow were found late one afternoon. Minnow was floating on a lilly pad on the edge of the Koi pond crying for help. His sister Lillypad ( Lilly for short) was on the edge of the pond soaking wet and Pollywog ran for the bushes as soon as we spotted them. If not for Minnows anguished cries, we are sure they would have suffered the same fate of drowning as their two siblings did.  Now thanks to a community effort by Critter Cavalry Rescue and these caring rescue ladies who are fostering them, there are3 little survivors who are  little miracles.  This little girl is called Pollywog ( Woggles for short lol) and you should see her dance with a feather. Skipping and hopping, pouncing and wriggling with wild abandon. She definitely is the clown of the litter and will be the joy of your heart. Endlessly entertaining just give her a feather or a toy that jingles this girl is 17 weeks old approximately as of 8/15 and 3 1/2 pounds  an Orange tabby girl that is beautiful and spayed with all shots given and FIV negative.  If you are interested in this special kitten please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   She is fostered in Tennessee and can be adopted locally as well as to the northeastern region.  We have a transport van that travels northward every weekend.  Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.October 24, 2025, 5:32 pm
