*FIV and feline leukemia negative, approx 1.5 yrs old 7-8 lbs?* Jasmine came to us as a stray, literally walked in our front door, before the series of cold snaps just before Christmas. She had been attacked by something requiring meds, but initially seemed to be finding her way at home. We tried to keep her, and as such had her spayed, chipped, vaccinated locally. Since then she's grown fairly aggressive towards one of our dogs (seemingly in claiming her human/territorial) and does not interact well with our other cat - though they have not had solid time together, or am I knowledgable in introductions. She does appear to be coexisting with the other cat since isolating her from the dog she does not get along with, but lots of hissing, chasing, fur raising etc. She seems to not mind being pet but has become more timid, especially in the presence of the dogs (perhaps the injury) and tends to swat at everyone quickly.
