Story
It is with great regret that I am in a position where i must re-home toothless. Toothless is a very curious boy, he’s chatty and loves to talk with you, he is great with both my big dog and my small dog. He’s playful, loves to make bread and watch whatever you are doing. He just likes to be in your company even though he does not always want to be smothered with attention. He is both independent but also will come to you for affection when he wants to. He is a very sweet boy, I have never even heard him hiss at any of the other animals in the home. He gets along with his housemate kitty even though he probably gets on her nerves as she is a calm, older lady. He does not have a violent or aggressive bone in his body, he loves to nap in the sun, sleep by your vents for extra warmth, and play with feather toys. He eats his food like a champ, and has zoomies around the house where he likes to gallop around like a horse. Anyone would love to have him as a companion.

Story
Hi! I`m Taylor, and I`ve been with BARS for almost 3 years!! I came into care as a young feral mama to be, and had my babies the very next day!!! Since coming into care I`ve learned that there are humans that can be trusted, and the best humans for me are those that will let me be me, and let me do things at my own pace. Some days I like being petted, and will sleep at my foster humans` feet most nights. Other days I`m more skittish and am happier on my own. I can still spook easily, and I don`t know if I`ll ever be a lap cat ( although it looks like it could be nice if I get brave enough). I`m used to being around other cats, and get on great with my doggy foster brother too! I love to play when I think no one is watching me, and I love bird and gopher watching from the cat tree too!

Story
Hi!!! I asked my foster mom to let you know the following things about me:(1). I have come a long way in the last 2 to 3 months. If you let him come to you and move slowly to pet him, he will lean into your hand. Even the thought of this used to scare me. (2) I LOVE pets and scratches. (3) I`m good with other cats in the house and I am extremely dog friendly. I love the two large doggy at my foster mom`s. I can`t get enough of rubbing up against them and laying down beside them. Her dogs are very easy going and pretty much don`t bark, so I think they make me feel safe. (4) I love playing with my cat toys and will entertain myself for long periods of time. (5) It just takes me time to trust people - it`s on my time, but I`m trying if you`ll be patient with me. I will possibly never be a lap cat, but I think I will eventually jump up on the couch and lay near my owner.

Story
Hi I am a calm, shy girl who loves pets and scratches. I get along well with other cats, but as a timid girl I would do best as your only cat because others tend to steal all my food and I’m a push over. If you are looking for someone to watch Netflix with, I would love to be your lap cat.
