Meatball is a friendly, playful guy who is about a year and half old. He is Fiv+, but he`s not aggressive, so he is safe to mix with other cats. He is currently in a temporary home with two older cats who are not into playing, much to Meatball`s dismay. If you have a playful kitty who needs a playmate, consider Meatball! He also gets along with small children. He is vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He has had flea prevention and dewormer. The adult cat adoption fee is $50. - Shy, gentle lady looking for a very calm, peaceful home with someone that she can bond with - She has exceptionally soft, black fur- She is not a lap cat, and prefers not to be picked up, but once she gets to know your, she is a real snuggle bug when you are still and resting in bed. She really can be affectionate and loving, but it will take her time - Young, noisy or very active kids are just too much for her, so she is looking for a mature home- Has lived with another cat and may do well with a calm, laid-back cat in her new home- Looking for a home with patient family members who will give her time to open up and let her take things at her own pace. She does best when she starts out in her own room and is slowly introduced to the rest of the house and other pets over a few weeks- Has a lot of love to give and will be a wonderful companion for a quiet person or two who will allow her to settle in at her own slow pace. It took several weeks for her to become comfortable with her foster family when she was in foster care, so plan on giving her a few weeks in her new home, too. Lots of handling, playing with hands, and excessive petting can cause them to overstimulate, which can result in scratching and/or biting. This cat is looking for experienced cat owners who will watch this cat's body language while interacting to note signs of overstimulation (tail waving, fur rippling, dilated pupils, ears turned back and quick body movements) and be willing to respect their boundaries.
