Story
$50 adoption fee during our holiday adoption promotion! Sweet Daisy is the last of her siblings to find a home. Rescued in May, this litter was named after springtime flowers - poor Daisy has been in her foster home this whole time waiting for a family of her own! She is a well-balanced kitty, full of fun and play but also eager to relax and be cozy. She has grown up with other cats and gets along with everyone. We have no doubt she would adapt to a home with kids or dogs, too. Daisy grazes on kibble throughout the day and uses the litterbox with no issues. She is ready to find a home for the holidays!  See the flower kittens here: https://youtube.com/shorts/LDXAKIJpfmQ Requires another cat in the home: NoGood with other cats:  YesWould be fine with young kids (under 10): YesGood with dogs: YesHome activity level: Quiet, average, or "bring on the ruckus"Health concerns or special needs: No We believe this kitten/cat was born around 3/19/2025. Story
$50 adoption fee during our holiday adoption promotion!  Sally came to Brave after her family had to move out of the country and could not take her. At 5 years old and 11 lbs, she has been loved and taken care of her whole life! Sally is very people-friendly and does well with kids of all ages. She is a relaxed cat who prefers to cuddle and lounge around. Sally enjoys ear scratches most of all. She likes to roll on the carpet with her belly up. It's up to you to decipher if that's an invitation for a belly rub (sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't!).  At night, she prefers to sleep around your legs, especially if there’s a cozy gap. During the day, she usually sleeps on a pillow. Sally is an easy-going cat, but she will engage in play if you have a special toy or laser pointer. Her favorite toy is a simple hairband. She has a habit of stealing hairbands and hiding them under the bed or fridge. We hope for Sally to find a family who loves her as much as her first family did!  Requires another cat in the home: NoGood with other cats: Would do best as an only cat, but after 6+ months in her foster home has adjusted to sharing her space with other felines Would be fine with young kids (under 10): Yes, has lived with kidsGood with dogs: Would do best as an only cat, but after 6+ months in her foster home has adjusted to sharing her space with a dog Home activity level: Quiet to average Health concerns or special needs: No - she is a noisy breather, but she's been seen by the vet and this isn't a concern.  We believe Sally was born around 2-11-2020. She is fostered in a private home in Lincoln. The adoption fee is $125 ($50 adoption special through 1-1-2026) which covers age appropriate vaccines and dewormings, a microchip, FIV/FeLV testing, and a spay/neuter. $100 adoption fee during our holiday adoption promotion, or $150 for both Percy and Casper!  Percy and his brother, Casper, came to Brave after a family took in a pregnant cat and raised the kittens until they were able to be weaned from mom. They have been loved and handled from day one! Percy is full of personality: talkative, endlessly curious, and always the first to pounce into a new adventure. He loves to play hard and zoom around. He is well-socialized and has grown up around different people, cats, and dogs. He is litter box trained, has great house manners, and is not a picky eater.
