Story
Scorpio is approximately 3 years old and ready to find a place to call home. Scorpio came to us after her caretaker unexpectedly passed away, leaving behind 17 cats on the property where they were being cared for. Being that she had never built a secure relationship with humans, she was unsure about humans when we first took her in. Since coming to H.O.P.E., Scorpio has become more social and tolerant of humans. We are still working with her on socialization and accepting pets and she will need a patient family.

Story
Meet Mrs. Lovette. Mrs. Lovette is around 3.5 years old and ready to find a place to call home. She came to us with 16 other cats after their caretaker unexpectedly passed away. Being that she was never able to form a secure relationship with humans, she is still very skeptical about them. Mrs. Lovette does have FIV, but it is only transmittable to cats through deep wound bites. She is most likely one of the shyest cats we have in our center, but she does enjoy the company of other cats.

Story
Joy is a sweet female kitten who has grown up with staff and volunteers at HOPE. She was found with her littermates in sheetrock on a construction site and brought to us to be bottle fed. They then spent their time with an experienced foster family who socialized and took amazing care of them. She is now ready to find her forever home. She is a typical kitten-sweet, playful and spunky, therefore it is preferable for her to have a playmate in the home.

Domestic Shorthair

Male, 4 yrs 8 mos
Saratoga Springs, NY
Size
(when grown) -
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, Needs special attention, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
I have a relatively high-level Cerebellar Hypoplasia, C.H. for short. C.H. is a neurological disorder that impacts my mobility. I wobble around, I fall down, and sometimes I am all over the place; this is why someone with prior experience with my condition would be best! My perfect home would be one that is single story, people who would show me love, and one where someone will be with me most of the day. With my condition, either one other cat friend or being the only cat in the house, would be best. Someone who works from home or someone who is able to have someone home 24 hours per day would be ideal as I am VERY accident prone and could seriously hurt myself if I'm not monitored constantly. I would also need to be confined in a safe room at night when you're sleeping.

He would love to spend his days with his brother gazing out the window at all of the critters in the yard.
