Story
Domino was one of two kittens abandoned by their mother. It was just him and his brother Tippy. Two teeny tiny sick little kittens. Tippy didn't survive the infection, but Domino did. He was only supposed to be inside for 2 weeks while he healed, then 2 weeks turned into 2 years. I adore him and want nothing more than to keep him, he's my snuggle buddy, but I'm hardly home anymore and my grandparents can't keep up with his high energy. He's a sweet and cuddly cat, but he's still young and full of fire. They can't keep up with it when im not there. I just want him to be safe.

Story
Meet Booker — a curious little page-turner of a kitten with a big imagination and an even bigger heart! Whether he's flipping through your bookshelf (literally), curling up on your open laptop, or pawing at your reading glasses, Booker is always ready for her next cozy chapter. Sweet, smart, and just a little bit mischievous, he’s the perfect companion for quiet nights, lazy mornings, and endless snuggles. Adopt Booker and let the story of your happily-ever-after begin! 📚🐾 He has a $125 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. If you would like to adopt, please fill out the application through the link or the website at -www.whiskersofohio.org - please note that the "I'm interested" tab on Petfinder does NOT act as an application, this should only be used for specific questions before committing to an adoption. You will receive an email confirmation when your application goes through. We make no breed guarantees; we are a rescue, not a breeder. Please only apply for a specific kitten if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We are a registered, volunteer run 501c3 non-profit organization. Free transport is regularly available to Wayne/Holmes County areas! We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.

Story
This sweet torbie girl had her babies on the porch of a kind person who sought care for them -- mama escaped the carrier and we were able to trap her to reunite with her very hungry babies! Lady Liberty is an affectionate girl, and a fantastic mama -- and she is ready for a home of her own! She is estimated to be around a year old, if even that old. She has a $100 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized.
