My wife took her in after a coworker found her under a car hood. Her ear was cut by the engine trying to be turned on when she was found. She needs time to warm up but is very sweet once she warms up to you. She is very skiddish and will try to run/hide if she doesn't feel safe. She is very independent as well.

Story
Hawaii and her kittens came to us by way of a Good Samaritan. While her kittens have all been adopted, Hawaii is stiil waiting on a loving home. She is the perfect cat for people who love and appreciate the spice and independence of tortoiseshell cats. She is very sweet...on her own terms (see comment about torties). She would do best with a cat-savvy person who understands she has boundaries, so for this reason, a home with no small children would be best. The love of a tortie is like no other. Meet this lovely girl today!

Story
Sparky found himself back here through no fault of his own as his previous owner developed allergies to him. This perfectly striped tiger boy is outgoing and engaging. He came back to us having been front-paw declawed. Sparky has become a volunteer favorite (and believe us, our cat volunteers know cats!) He doesn`t like being picked up, but that doesn`t stop him from seeking out affection. Meet this precious soul today!

Story
He came from a litter that my daughter had and he was the smallest. I obtained him when he was a little over a year old. I've had him as an emotional support cat for almost 5 years. He's adorable he's friendly cuddly he pays attention to feelings and emotions. Sadly I have to give him up because of my own physical health. His favorite food is salmon. He loves to cuddle and to sleep in your lap. He has never been around children. He doesn't like loud noises or crowds of people. He loves to climb in bed and sleep with you. His favorite treat is the Lickables that have salmon. He loves a little bit of catnip with silvervine before his Zoomies he's so spoiled he loves two litter boxes one for urine and one for defecating :) He also has the ability to be trained, he has a left eye was scratched by his sister as a kitten but he keeps it clean. Love's toys and comes with his cat tower.

Story
Molly is an incredibly sweet, affectionate eight-year-old indoor cat who loves being close to her people. She greets you in the morning for pets and treats, loves to cuddle, and is happiest when she can relax near someone she trusts. We adopted Molly and her sister together as kittens. A few years ago, something changed in their relationship, and despite a great deal of time and effort, they have never been able to live peacefully together again. After working with our veterinarian and a cat behaviorist, we believe the kindest thing we can do for both cats is allow them to live separately.Because of that history, Molly needs a home where she can be the only cat. She has been fine with dogs and is an indoor-only cat.We love her very much and want her to have the calm, secure, stress-free life she deserves. We’re looking for a thoughtful, permanent home where she can settle in, feel safe, and be someone’s very loved companion.
