Story
Meet Kumar! Kumar is a 1-year-old grey domestic shorthair. He is vaccinated and neutered. Kumar is an introverted yet dignified cat; he takes everything in stride, calmly observing the world around him. His curious nature often leads him on mini adventures around the shelter, but he's equally happy to lounge in the most comfortable spot he can find. Kumar is the kind of cat that likes to do things on his own terms, but he also appreciates a kind touch and a friendly word. Kumar's fur is also as soft as velvet, adding a touch of luxury to every petting session! Kumar tends to be selective with other cats; we would suggest a foster-to-adopt to ensure every kitty is happy! Our king, in his own right, is looking for someone who is patient and can also appreciate a calm environment. We're still learning more about Kumar, but one thing's for sure: he's ready for a home where he can be his wonderful self. Adopting Kumar means welcoming a sweet companion into your home, one who'll enrich your life with his serene presence and curious nature.

Story
Meet Crouton! (Yes! That's his name.) Crouton is a 1-year-old domestic shorthair. He is vaccinated and neutered. Crouton is a cat whose color of fur has a resemblance to our favorite little cubes of bread! This adult feline is very well behaved! His personality is a delightful mix of gentle curiosity and goofy charm. He's also very lovable! Crouton can often be found snuggled up in his bed or staring intently at a speck of dust floating through the air. Crouton does fairly well with other cats, but a proper introduction would be necessary. Crouton's world is one of wonder, and it's hard to guess what goes on in his head. But one thing is for sure: he wants to be loved and cherished!

Story
Meet Chestnut! Chestnut is a nearly 2-year-old Domestic Shorthair. He is vaccinated and neutered. Despite being an adult, his tiny size might fool you into thinking he's still a kitten. Chestnut's days are spent quietly observing the world around him. He can be very shy, preferring quiet corners and soft whispers to boisterous noise. He has not yet been introduced to other cats. Chestnut enjoys the simple pleasures; he doesn't demand much, just a little love. He's the perfect friend for someone who appreciates the softer side of life. Chestnut was first found in a very skinny state, but with love and care, he's slowly regaining his strength. Chestnut's been doing his best to adjust to shelter life. It's a new environment for him, and he is understandably scared. He is slowly warming up to shelter staff. He likes the soft brush of a hand and will gently nudge his head as his way of saying, "I trust you." Chestnut's timid demeanor hides a heart full of love, and he's just waiting to find that patient and understanding someone. Adopting Chestnut means giving him the chance to blossom in a loving home where he can truly feel safe and loved.
