Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   Popper has been in her foster home since she was 3 weeks old and is now 10 months old. She loves all the other cats in her foster home and would love to have another kitty in her new home. Popper does have what we believe is a food allergy so has to be on a prescription diet. She was a bottle fed kitten (along with her 3 siblings who have all been adopted) since about 3 weeks old and she is now 8 months old. Popper will need a special home that will make sure she gets her prescription food from the vet. She has had some digestive issues but her new food has made her feel much better. Popper is a sweet girl and gets along great with all the other cats in her foster home and ignores the dogs. Popper is fully vaccinated, flea treated, microchipped and spayed. If you would like to give Popper an indoor home that would not have her declawed or would like more information about this sweetheart please fill out an adoption application at http://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application/ Popper is fostered in West Milford WV and has a small adoption fee.  Adoption Fees: PUPPIES (under 1 year) $250.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm/lyme test (if applicable), two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medicine and microchip. Not good with dogs, Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Olive and Fern are looking for their forever home together! We've had Fern for almost two years now and Olive for most of that time. These two have bonded! Both were clearly socialized as kittens but spent some time outside and can be skittish. Fern loves to get brushed and snuggle up against you, but she is a very anxious cat and will hide if there are loud noises, fast movements, or basically anything unexpected. She's a great chaser and loves to dart in and out of a tube after a toy. Olive varies - sometimes very snuggly, sometimes aloof. All she really needs to be happy is a soft spot to lay on, a high-sided litterbox (she's a digger!), and a full belly. She likes to chase toy mice and drown them in her water bowl. Fern is the tabby and Olive is the black kitty.appalachianpeacepaws.org/adoptSeptember 12, 2023, 9:19 pm

Needs special attention, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Looking for a kitty who is a sweet, friendly little love bug, but also plays hard like her life depends on it? Meet Tocona! She's a tabby but has some calico spots that come through. Very curious and loves new surroundings, but gets bored easily. The most recent hobby she's taken up is Zoombombing, scaling the back of my office chair to triumphantly appear in frame, yelling and eating my hair. Tocona came to us missing a tail and with a broken hip. She's recovered amazingly and gets around just fine, but as a result of her injury she is partially incontinent. She still uses the litterbox, but she leaks when she jumps or runs and has accidents when she sleeps and when grooming. We've started taking her outside on a leash, and she's doing really well with that, enjoying the change of scenery. We're slowly trying to introduce her to other cats (who would provide some entertainment), but she mostly wants to fight. Humans are her preferred companions!September 12, 2023, 9:19 pm
