Story
Hi Everyone! I am a handsome little Miniature Poodle named Biggie. I am about 2-½ years old, 18 pounds, and I was surrendered to 4 Little Paws Rescue when my loving family had some major medical issues and could no longer care for me. It was a rough day for everyone, saying goodbye, but I have handled it well and am already making new friends and having some fun in my foster home.
My foster parents say you can tell that I was very much loved and well cared for. I am a happy little guy with lots of playful energy, friendly and sweet, and I enjoy playing with the big dogs! I may play hard, but I rest hard afterwards. I love to run and be part of the action, playing with toys, chasing balls, playing fetch, and I am always ready for dog treats like cheese, veggies, anything and everything. I’m not picky about treats! I am affectionate but not the kissy type. I am a little lap dog, asking for pets and tummy rubs, following you around the house, and supervising in the kitchen while you cook. I guess right now I’m a velcro dog who will need to see you, or I’ll jump a baby gate to try and find you. I’m doing better about being needy and learning to cope while the humans are away.
Otherwise, I am a wonderful little guy who is already housebroken, behaved in a home, loves going for walks, and taking rides in the car. I am good in a crate if I can see you, and at night I would prefer to sleep with you, but okay in a crate in your room if the bed is not an option. I know some commands, but I can still be impulsive and will bolt out an open door or a gap in the fence since I love to run and explore. I’m just an adorable fluffy bundle of love, all wrapped up in a small package! East Coast people, inquire about me today!
