Roxy has the name, personality and looks to be a star in any adopter's home. Yes, this young, long-haired dachshund is fourteen pounds of snuggly affection mixed with show stopping cuteness, finished off with adorably oversized, tufted ears and a perpetually wagging tail. Meeting new people? No problem for Roxy. She'll kiss visitors in the face, happy when they stroke her soft black fur. Yes, Roxy is gentle, sweet and easy to be around. She's housetrained and would do well in a home with children and other dogs. Indeed, fearless Roxy loves playing with both puppies and larger dogs. But she'd also be happy as the only pet in the home because Roxy is so people oriented. She enjoys sitting in her foster's lap and cuddling, or sitting at her person's feet, or following that person from room to room. But Roxy is more than a mere follower.
