Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! 🤎 Hi, I'm Changity! 🤎 I'm a 3-month-old Dutch Shepherd/American Bulldog mix with the softest heart you'll ever meet. If you believe the quiet ones have the biggest hearts, then I think we're going to get along just fine. 💛 When you first meet me, I'll probably be (ok I definitely will be) a little shy. New people and unfamiliar situations can feel overwhelming, so I appreciate being given the chance to move at my own pace. But once I realize you're someone I can trust, you'll see the real me: a sweet, affectionate cuddle bug who just wants to curl up beside you and NEVER leave your side... seriously. My favorite place in the world is wherever my person is. 🤍 I'm naturally calm, submissive, and incredibly loving. I get along beautifully with other dogs, and having a confident canine sibling would be a huge gift for me. Watching another dog helps me learn that new things aren't so scary, and it gives me the confidence to keep exploring. Since I'm still just a puppy, I'm learning everything for the very first time. I'm already doing great with my crate, and every day I'm becoming a little braver than the day before. All I need is a patient family that's willing to celebrate the little victories with me. I also have a few medical needs that are now very well managed. I've experienced a handful of seizure episodes in the past, but ever since starting Keppra 3x a day, I haven't had a single seizure. I'll need to stay on this medication long-term, and I also eat a prescription gastrointestinal diet to keep my tummy healthy. My routine is simple, and with consistent care, I'm thriving and enjoying life like every puppy should. Because of my past/rough start to life (please ask for these details if interested in learning more), I'm very fearful of children and can also be nervous around men. At this time, I'm looking for an adult-only home that understands shy dogs and is committed to helping me continue building confidence through positive reinforcement. While I may make progress over time, my future family should be prepared to take introductions slowly and never rush me into situations where I don't feel safe. My perfect home would include: 🤎 A calm, patient, adult-only home 🤎 A family willing to let me blossom at my own pace 🤎 Another friendly, confident dog to show me the ropes (a huge plus!) 🤎 Someone committed to keeping up with my medication and prescription diet 🤎 Lots of cozy naps, gentle encouragement, and unconditional love A little note from my foster: "Changity is truly the sweetest little boy. He's gentle, loving, and once he trusts you, he'll become your most loyal companion and favorite cuddle buddy." 🥹 I've already overcome more in my first three months than most dogs experience in a lifetime. I don't need a perfect family; I just need one that believes in me. If you're willing to be patient while I learn that the world is a safe place, I promise I'll spend the rest of my life showing you just how much that kindness meant to me. 🤎🐾 Changity Notice: I am prone to seizures occasionally but I have been seizure free for a month now! I am on kepra medication. Adoption FEE: $650, which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! 🩵 Hi, I'm Shoowop! 🩵 I'm a 3-month-old Dutch Shepherd/American Bulldog mix, and while my story didn't start the way any puppy's should, I'm determined to make the rest of it a happy one. For the first 7 weeks of my life, I lived in a tiny room with no windows, without ever feeling fresh air, seeing sunlight, or stepping on grass. There was no air conditioning, no adventures, and no chance to simply be a puppy. The day I was rescued was the first time I ever felt a breeze on my face, saw the sky above me, and discovered that grass was soft enough to roll around in. It was the beginning of a whole new world- and I've been embracing it ever since. Despite everything, I'm one of the sweetest, most loving little guys you'll ever meet. I adore being close to my people and have a gentle, affectionate nature that makes me happiest when I'm simply hanging out by your side. Whether you're making dinner, working from home, or watching TV, you can count on me to be your loyal little shadow. I'm also a social butterfly with other animals! I love playing with big dogs, little dogs, and even cats. The only thing that still makes me a bit unsure is young children. They can be overwhelming for me, so I'd be happiest in a calm, kid-free home where I can continue growing into my confidence. Brains? I've got those too! I've already learned sit, down, and stay, and I'm always looking for my next lesson. I'm incredibly food motivated, love positive reinforcement, and nothing makes me happier than hearing "good boy!" I do have a few extra needs that make me a little different- but they certainly don't define me. I've had a handful of seizure episodes in the past, but since starting Keppra three times a day, I haven't had a single one. My medication has helped me feel fantastic, and I'll need to continue taking it for life. I also eat a prescription gastrointestinal diet to keep my tummy feeling its best. My rescue will make sure my future family understands exactly what I need, because with a simple routine, I'm able to live a happy, playful puppy life. My dream home... 🤍 A calm home without young children 🤍 Someone who doesn't mind sticking to my medication schedule 🤍 A family who enjoys training and watching a smart puppy blossom 🤍 Another friendly dog would be a bonus, but not required! 🤍 Lots of cuddles, adventures, and unconditional love I've already experienced what it feels like to miss out on the simple joys of being a puppy. Now I'm making up for lost time and soaking up every bit of love I can find. If you're looking for a resilient little soul with a heart as big as his ears, I promise I'll spend every day reminding you just how special second chances can be. 🩵🐾 Adoption FEE: $650, which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. 5yr old Trigger is looking for his new home! Sweet and well mannered boy who loves to run and play! Not house trained and has some accidents in crate but is good in it otherwise and walks good on/off leash. Wonderful recall and follows commands well. Lives on working farm with horses, cows and chickens so is used to the fast pace but still has a prey drive for the birds. Same gender aggressive and a little more shy than his siblings he'll need someone to take the time to socialize him. Single pet household is preferred at first.

Story
5yr old Daisy is looking for a new home! No fault to her own just do not have the time she requires. Very energetic and playful! Wonderful manners in her crate and on/off leash but is not house trained. This ball of energy needs lots of exercise and will need to be socialized with new people and animals. She does live on a working farm around horses, cows, and chickens so she is used to a busy environment. Wonderful recall and follows commands well. Currently same gender aggressive and has a very high prey drive so she would do best in a single pet home for now. Easy to groom and handle, she is a lovebug who just needs some extra time spent with her. Picture is her(smaller) and her brother Bear who is also available (also trigger and blue) She could be adopted along side any brother

5yr old Blue is ready for a new home! No fault of his own just needs more time spent with him. What a people pleaser! He's a huge goofball and cuddler who loves playing fetch. Very well manned in cage and on/off leash but is not house trained. Wonderful recall and follows commands well. Lives on a working farm around horses, cows and chickens so he's used to a busy environment but still has a prey drive for the birds. Will need socialization with strangers and other animals so a single pet home would be best at first. While he doesn't need someone with experience with the breed he does have aggression with the same gender dogs and will need someone who can work with him on that and give him plenty of exercise.
