🤎 Meet Changity! 🤎
Also known as "Chickity China the Chinese Chicken" according to his foster mom. 😂
Changity is now 6 months old, and this handsome guy has come such a long way. He’s still a shy boy when meeting new people, but once he realizes he’s safe, he is the sweetest, most affectionate little guy. He loves being close to his people and would happily spend his day right by your side.
He’s fully potty trained AND crate trained, and he’s doing great on regular puppy food now — no more prescription diet needed! 🙌🏼
Changity is great with other dogs and would really benefit from having a confident, friendly dog around to help him continue building his confidence. He’s naturally gentle and submissive and does best when he has another dog to show him that the world isn’t so scary.
He is fearful of children, so he needs an adult-only home. He can also be nervous around men, but he does well with slow, patient introductions and given the time to warm up on his own terms.

🤎 His Ideal Home:
Changity needs a calm, patient adult home that understands that trust takes time. He isn't going to be the dog who immediately runs up to every stranger with a wagging tail, but once he decides you're his person, you're going to have a very loyal little shadow.
A confident, friendly dog in the home would be a huge bonus for him. More than anything, he needs someone who won't rush him and will continue helping him learn that new people and new experiences aren't something to be afraid of.
He's already come such a long way. Now he just needs the right person to help him keep going. 🤎🐾
***PLEASE NOTE: Changity has experienced seizures in the past and is currently on Keppra. He has been doing well and will need his medication continued as prescribed. His medical history and seizure management can be discussed in more detail with interested adopters.

All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.
Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
