Raven is my name and kind of like a raven, I am a 'loner'... except for the puppies i had when I arrived at the rescue... I was saved by a trapper on the streets, they weren't even there to save ME that day, but they did!!! I am obviously a beautiful girl, big and solid as well as black and brindly. I am a loving girl, in my own way... i lived on the streets for who knows how long and I honestly am not a cuddly girl or even a sit by your feet dog, YET... I have all kinds of love to give, you can see in my eyes that I have always dreamed of someone with the patience to love me for who I am and who I can be!! I am great on a leash and do love walking around and exploring. I am good with other dogs and likely would do best with another dog who is calm and confident with his/her family. I am so so ready for you, I have the shepherd double coat so I will shed in your house, must have a great vacuum cleaner and tolerance of hair :) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Hi! My name is Bessie and I just arrived from Alabama in November! I currently live with my foster family (a human mom, dad, and 3 kids ages 10, 7, and 3). They all LOVE me and give me hugs, belly rubs, and ear scratches. I am an eager learner, and have already learned sit, gentle, and leave it. I am getting better with potty training too! I love being outside, playing with other dogs, chewing my nylabone and Kong, and snuggling on the couch. Sometimes I forget that I'm 70 pounds, and need reminders to be gentle with the smaller humans, but I'm working on it! A play date with a furry friend is a great outlet for me.I quietly sleep in my crate overnight AND when mom goes to work. When she's working from home, I closely supervise and chew on my toys or snooze. I am looking for a family who has room in their hearts and home for a big and fun snuggle bug!! Is it you? ❤️ --------------------------------------------"I'll be home for Christmas!" For applications received now through 12/31/2025, Warrior Dog Rescue is reducing the adoption fee of all pups. This is reflected in the adoption fee shown below.All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Location: Champlin, MN Hi there! Thank so much for stopping by! While I am known at Rescue Network as Snowflake, I actually answer to Astrid! I am a very sweet, 2-year old lady looking for a family to call my own. My foster mom says I am a very loyal sidekick who believes in stranger danger but endless snuggles once you’re approved! Sometimes I take a moment to size you up, but once I decide you’re cool, you’ve officially been promoted to “favorite human.” I am fully potty trained (let’s be honest, a lady has standards), love to give gentle kisses, and am happiest just being near my people. New faces make me cautious at first, but with a little patience (and maybe a treat or two), I’ll melt into your lap like warm butter. Here’s a few additional fun facts about me: · Dog friendly · People friendly – I might use my voice to greet at first · I love treats and am learning some skills (sit, down, stay) · Mom says I do “ok” on a leash. I don’t pull too much, but when I don’t want to go a certain direction, I make it known that we should go a different way. I currently live with my foster family, which includes 2 active boys (10 & 13) and my fur-sister, Winnie. Winnie and I like to chase and play together. The perfect home for me will have: · Humans who will be patient with me as I can be nervous around new people. · A family who is willing to continue teaching me new skills. If you want a loyal best friend who’s as sweet as she is snuggly — and won’t judge you for binge-watching another season on the couch — Astrid can’t wait to meet you! ---------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are a best guess.
