He has no idea how large and strong he is, which becomes very clear when he decides your lap is exactly where he belongs. Brooks hasn’t quite mastered personal space or polite manners yet, but he is smart and eager to learn. With guidance, structure, and someone willing to teach him, he’ll blossom into the well-mannered companion he’s meant to be. Brooks is available for adoption, so hurry in to meet this lovable goofball! Nellie is a 1 year old female Dutch Shepherd mix. She weighs 32 pounds. She was not wearing a collar and she is not microchipped. She was found in the 8400 block of River Styx Rd. in Wadsworth. If you know where she belongs please call our office at 3307259121. She is very scared and would like to go home. The Dog Shelter's adoption fee is $64 (cash or check). All dogs come with DHPP and Bordetella vaccines, microchipped, a current year dog license, and a certificate to be spayed or neutered (The Dog Shelter pays for it). If it is an owner surrender dog, more vaccine information may be provided. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 10AM-12:30PM and 1PM-4PM and Saturdays 10AM to 2PM. You must be present to adopt and have a current approved adoption application.

He just has a big, sensitive heart and gets anxious easily, which means he needs a calm environment where he can truly feel safe and loved.Bosa has always been a sensitive soul. When we welcomed two more dogs into our home, the dynamic became too much for him — and his anxiety has grown over time. We’ve come to realize that the kindest thing we can do is find him a calm, peaceful home where he can be the star of the show.
