Story
Meet Aiden, rescued from Korea and a young Jindo pup.  Aiden is a good boy but he is worried at first about meeting new people. He did not have a great start in life and as a result he can be unsure of himself. He is in a wonderful foster home where he is patiently guided to become a little more confident. Aiden will do best with other dogs who are social and confident so that he can learn from their example. He is not suitable for a home with kids or cats.   Aiden is young and has a full life ahead of him. We hope to find him a dedicated person who is willing to continue working with him so that he can live his best life.  Aiden is vaccinated, chipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $395. We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon! Story
Meet Aki! Oh my we love this boy! He came to us after being rescued in South Korea. Our partner rescue EFL took great care of him and he is now settling in very well in his foster home in Seattle. Aki is a sweet and lovable soul. So gentle and kind. He loves other dogs and will do best with another dog in the home. He loves to play and run around.  From his foster mom: Aki has done an amazing job learning ALL the new things; collar, harness, leash, walks, sounds, English, Etc. He is finally laying on the couch but is still not sure what dog beds are… he tends to lay right next to them.    Aki thrives in the company of other dogs, whether big or small. He's especially fond of playful small dogs – their energy brings out his playful side. And don't be surprised if you catch him prancing like a deer, or hoping straight up on his to back legs, it’s absolutely amazing! Another dog in the home is preferred. While Aki adores human affection, he's a bit wary of sudden noises and unpredictable movements. So, no small kids, please! But for the right person,  Aki promises endless cuddles and loyalty. He'll even jump into your arms when he's scared – he just needs someone who'll be there for him.  We're seeking an experienced, patient owner who understands Aki's sensitivity to loud noises.  An owner that also understands, any small sound could spook him, so to always keep him safe and secure. Aki is fully house trained and ready to embrace a carefree, goofy life with his forever family. Aki is around one year old and just over 30 lbs. He is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. His adoption fee is $495 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! Story
**NOTE: Rover is currently in Korea, awaiting his forever family. Upon adoption, he will be lovingly transported to his new home. ------------------------------ Rover and his sibling were rescued from the streets of a small village in Paju, Korea last winter. After being sent to a city pound, he was fortunately saved from being euthanized and has been living with a loving foster family ever since. Rover may be shy around new people at first, but don’t let that fool you – he is actually a very sweet and affectionate dog once he has had the chance to warm up to his humans. Going on walks is one of his favorite activities, and he gets just as excited about meeting and playing with other dogs he comes across along the way. Although he may be a bit hesitant around strangers on the streets, Rover is generally a friendly and sociable pup who loves making new friends. Rover is ok with bathing, car riding, and trimming nails and so far has not shown separation anxiety. He would thrive in a home where his new owner either works from home or is retired and resides in a tranquil and calm neighborhood. If there is already a furry sibling for him to play with, that would be the cherry on top. With proper care, affection, and patience, Rover has the potential to become an exceptionally devoted and affectionate companion to his new adopter. ----------------------------- For more info about the dog, or the adoption application, please follow the link below. https://www.freekoreandogs.org/dog/rover/
