Story
Kris came to FLUFF in early December from the Florida/Georgia line after spending her life as a stray. She and several other dogs were cared for by a kind Good Samaritan who made sure they had food, water, and what shelter he could provide. When he sadly passed away, a group of compassionate people stepped in to ensure these pups were safe and ultimately placed with rescues where they could have a chance at forever homes. Until coming to FLUFF, Kris had likely never been handled, and the comforts of a domesticated life are still new and sometimes scary for her. With time and patience in her foster home, she has begun to blossom. She absolutely adores her furry siblings, has discovered that soft couches and cozy beds are actually pretty wonderful, and is learning that sitting quietly near her humans can be a nice thing, too. Kris is still unsure about leashes and too much petting or affection, and that’s okay—she’s learning at her own pace. She will need a calm, patient home with another confident, friendly dog to help guide her and show her the ropes. Her ideal human understands that trust takes time and is happy to let Kris simply be part of the family from a distance at first, with no pressure or expectations. Kris may never be a fully “typical” dog—and that’s perfectly okay. What she offers is something just as special: a gentle soul who deserves safety, kindness, and the chance to live life on her own terms, surrounded by love. 💕 https://www.fluffanimalrescue.org/adoption-application My adoption fee includes my sterilization, microchip and registration, all core vaccines to date, dewormer and 1st month's Flea and Heartworm Preventatives. Thanks for considering adoption! *Information deemed reliable, but not guarenteed*

Story
Cute as a button and sweet as can be, I’m a young black lab discovering just how amazing life can be! I adore being with people and my tail never stops wagging. I still have some puppy tendencies and will need basic manners, but I’m eager to learn. My sweet little face is guaranteed to win you over. I’m ready to grow up with a family who will love me and guide me.

Story
If you've ever dreamed of adopting a dog with an incredible comeback story and a heartwarming rescue journey, Kringle is your girl. Kringle has been with FLUFF since November 2025, and the transformation we've witnessed has been nothing short of amazing. The shy, uncertain dog who first arrived has blossomed into a happy, playful, and incredibly loving companion. Kringle is as sweet as they come! She adores people and she shines brightest with a canine companion by her side and would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to help continue building her confidence and share in all of life's adventures. You'll catch her racing around the yard with joyful zoomies, chasing after a ball during a game of fetch, or inviting her favorite people to join in the fun. She's also discovering that leash walks are a pretty exciting way to explore the world and continues to gain confidence with every new adventure. Kringle's dream home includes a securely fenced yard where she can run, play, and stretch her legs, along with a playful canine sibling to show her the ropes and share in all the fun. Kringle's story is proof that love, patience, and second chances can change a life forever. Now all she needs is someone to give her the forever she's worked so hard for. Could that be you?
