Story
**This is a courtesy post. If you are interested in adopting this girl, please contact Mary at the Spring Hill, Florida phone number below.** Hi, my name is Kiera. I'm a polite young girl looking for my forever home. I get along well with small dogs and am looking for someone bigger to play with. The vet thinks I'm only about 3 years old, spayed, up to date on all vaccines, and am heartworm negative. Yay! I'm not a picky eater and I don't gobble my food and I take treats very gently. I know a few commands and am learning others. For more information about me, please contact Mary at 631-456-0487

Story
Meet Rosie 🌹 Some dogs spend their lives waiting for someone to finally choose them. Rosie has been waiting far too long. This beautiful 8-year-old Golden Retriever is the definition of resilience. Weighing 54 pounds, Rosie has a heart every bit as golden as her coat. She's gentle, affectionate, and absolutely lights up around other dogs. In fact, if your pup is looking for a best friend, Rosie is ready to fill that role. She also loves kids and would fit beautifully into a family that wants a calm, loving companion. Rosie's past wasn't kind to her. She was found wandering as a stray after what appears to have been years of being used to produce litter after litter of puppies before being discarded. She has old scars on her body, and she tested high positive for heartworms, showing she likely never received the basic veterinary care every dog deserves. But here's the amazing thing about Rosie... She hasn't let any of that change who she is. Despite everything she's endured, Rosie greets the world with kindness, trust, and a wagging tail. She doesn't dwell on her past—she simply hopes someone will give her the future she's always deserved. Rosie is already spayed and is receiving the care she needs, including treatment planning for her heartworms. She'll need a family willing to support her through that journey, and in return, she'll reward you with unwavering loyalty, endless love, and the quiet gratitude only a rescued dog can give. If you've been looking for a sweet soul who still believes in people despite every reason not to, Rosie is waiting to meet you. Could you be the happy ending this incredible girl has been waiting for? ❤️

Story
Meet Tucker! Tucker is a 1.5 year old Lab mix boy looking for his forever home. Tucker loves all people, and dog-savvy cats! He will chase a cat that runs from him, but enjoys the company of cats that like to just hang with him. Tucker is crate-trained and potty-trained. Tucker requires a private dining area, (his foster mom feeds him in his crate). Tucker is very energetic and does best with older kids, but loves to cuddle with his people whenever he gets a chance. Tucker prefers to be the center of his person's world and not share the love with other dogs, but he does do well with dog savvy cats!Tucker's adoption fee is $450 and includes his neuter, DHPP, Rabies, and microchip. To meet Tucker fill out an adoption application at www.pawprinthearts.com.Please NOTE: PPH does not adopt dogs to homes farther than a 1 hour drive from Tampa, FL.March 14, 2026, 12:04 am

Story
This is Tracker 🤎 Tracker was rescued 2 years ago when he was just a baby baby facing imminent euthanasia at an overcrowded county shelter. We stepped in to save him just in the knick of time! Trainer was a MODEL puppy and had an incredible foster home who found him a spot with someone they knew because they just adored him so much! Fast forward 2 years and poor Tracker has had a rough go… First, he was given away without our knowledge and we don’t even know when. We only found about this recently when we were made aware that the gentleman that took Tracker when his adopter gave him away had passed away. Poor Tracker now finds himself looking for a safe and FOREVER home yet again having lost not one, but TWO dads through zero fault of his own! He’s an orphan once again 💔 Tracker has completed the PetSmart basic training course so we know he knows his manners. 🤩 We contacted the trainer who conducted the obedience classes and she said Tracker was a coworker of both his dads so he’s been socialized in public for sure! She said he was a super cool dog but since it was a year ago and she only knew him in this setting, that was about all she could tell us. But… she remembered him a year later so, that’s saying something!! We are told he is friendly with others and we don’t know of any bad habits – though the truth is we know very little other than that. 😭 Tracker needs a safe space immediately. We have nowhere for him to go! Is anyone willing to foster or interested in adopting this handsome boy? I sure love how his crazy cute puppy ears translated to crazy cute adult doggo ears 😍 Please help us help Tracker again. 🤎
