HI - I'M GOOSE! I'm a 1-1/2-year-old black lab-flat coat retriever-lab mix in need of a foster or forever home! (Shelter paperwork says I'm 3 but I act like a puppy) I was rescued from a crowded California shelter along with my brother Rooster, a flat-coat retriever, who recently got adopted. I am good with other dogs and a lovebug with people. I'm basically a happy boy who would love my own home where I can be walked, petted, taken on outings or road trips and given the love and attention I so deserve. I weigh about 55 lbs. I'm currently in California, but can be transported to Idaho. Please email for an application.

He may be cautious at first, but he is not intimidated, even big dogs do not faze him. He carries himself with quiet confidence and a steady spirit. Goose loves his people, big and small, and enjoys attention, but he is also wonderfully independent. While his brothers are busy wrestling outside, he is perfectly content grabbing a toy and entertaining himself. He is the kind of pup who can balance affection and adventure with ease. He is a sweet, happy boy, but do not expect him to sit still for endless snuggles, he has important puppy business to attend to. Story
Franco is a black lab mix that was rescued around 1 years old. He has been in the same home for the past 10 years. He enjoys dog parks, walks, hikes, being outside, but also can be lazy and snuggle all day long. Toys are his favorite. He loves to fetch balls, Play tug of war, and chew on his stuffies. Franco is loving, and cuddly, He rarely barks usually only when he sees squirrels. His ideal home is a childless one, where he would get lots of attention and snuggles. Franco is house trained, he does not have accidents in the home. He will also follow simple commands like sit, stay, paws up, lay, spin, etc... We had a baby 2 years ago and have realized that Franco is not comfortable around small children, He has snipped at 3 kids, and recently made contact with our daughter leaving a scratch on her. He has never shown signs of aggression to adults or other animals. We believe he is feeling anxious, and don’t trust him around our 19 month old anymore and need to rehome him ASAP.

She is a sweetheart! She loves to cuddle and loves to play, she’s very emotionally supportive but wit her young age she does love attention and to play and be around people. I got her from a friend on Facebook a few months back. She was staying at an old friends house and he was not nice to her so I’ve gotten her warmed back up and trained her brain to know that she’s not gonna be hurt again.
