Story
Rowdy is a little shy with new people. Shes great with all dogs she meets and would be best on a home with another dog to help her adjust. Rowdy is curious in new situations, but life up until recently, hasnt been kind to her..... so she will need time to get comfortable and then her true goofy nature will emerge! Like a butterfly, Rowdy is a much different pup than when she 1st came to us from the pound, with no hope of getting out :( UNTIL the rescue chick saw me and knew i was a diamond in the RUFF ;) Rowdy needs a patient home who will give her time to warm up, open up & trust. Older kids only would be best for her and a fully fenced yard is a must. Until she settles in she'll be an escape risk. An apartment would work for Rowdy as well. She is ready for her furever family!! Apply soon! Local adoption only $200, in TX

My name is Barclay, I'm a 1 year old, male, Fox hound/ Jack Russell mix and weigh around 50 lbs. I'm house trained and I know certain commands. I'm smart and food motivated, so I can learn new commands. I love to go for walks. I'm good with kids and other dogs, and I like to run around and play. I can be active , but I also love to snuggle.
