🎩🐾 Meet Otis!! 🐾🎩 Welllll doggies! This here fella wandered in as a stray on 12/4/25, and we reckon he’s about 10 months old. One look at that big ol’ grin and you’ll swear he’s the happiest pup this side of the cement pond! Otis is a whole heap of fun — bouncin’, wigglin’, tail-waggin’ fun. He’s a young’un who ain’t quite done growin’ yet, and he’ll need a bit of teachin’ and guidance so he can grow into the fine, upstandin’ companion you’ve been wishin’ for. But with that joyful spirit of his, he’s bound to be the pride of your homestead. Otis is available for adoption, so grab your hat, hitch up the buggy, and hurry on over to meet him! Otis is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH 📞 419-774-5892 It is an application process — you can request an application at dogs@richlandcountyoh.gov

Hi, my name is Dutch. I have three human siblings. I am super relaxed and I just want a lot of attention and to be cuddled. I’m not big on running, but I do love walks. I am probably the most snuggly dog you’ll ever meet, unfortunately, my parents are gone all the time and they cannot give me enough attention so I am looking for a new home with a new owner that is home more. I have high anxiety, so maybe consider giving me some calming chews.

My sister got Jethro from a shelter 3 1/2 years ago. She thinks he is about 4 years old. He was starved when she got him and she nursed him back to health. She is very attached to him, but he is very hyper and he likes to run. He has never been trained. She is 75 and is having some health issues. She just can't care for him anymore. She wants to find a good home for him, and doesn't want him left at a shelter where they may put him down.
