Pasadena, CA Spanky and Pepper are Miniature Pinscher brother and sister littermates who have been together their entire lives. They are 10 yrs YOUNG and weigh between 12 and 15 pounds. They ARE BOTH: **spayed/neutered, **current on vaccines, **potty trained, **crate trained, **healthy and ready to go!
