Story
Meet Berry short for Huckleberry the energetic sweetheart ready for adventure! Berry is an 11 month old German Shepherd mix with a zest for life and a heart full of joy. She is a playful, bouncy girl who loves racing around with her siblings and keeping an eye out for her favorite outdoor challenge lizard chasing! Berry has gotten along well with both dogs and cats, though she may get a little too excited and try to chase kitty friends nothing a patient home and some guidance can not help with. She adores people of all ages and is always ready to share her happy wiggles and warm snuggles. This fun-loving pup is a toy enthusiast chew toys, stuffies, tug ropes, you name it! Car rides are a work in progress she does okay but can get a bit nervous and drooly. But offer her a hot dog or a piece of string cheese and you’ll be her new best friend in seconds. If Berry sounds like the perfect adventure buddy for your family, please call the shelter to confirm she is still available. Story
Sable , is the sweetest boy! We adopted him from animal control, 3 years ago. He was so scared and timid, he couldn’t see a broom or go in a crate! We love him so much, but unfortunately our allergies have gotten worse and worse by the time. Medication no longer helps our little, and if they continue to worsen she may need surgery so it’s unfortunate but we have to leave our sweet boy. He loves to tan and lay in his back, out in the sun. He’s obedient and doesn’t run off when being walked, if you don’t move — he doesn’t. Loving , loyal, protective !

Story
Zeus is five years old and a goofball with lots of love to give. We’ve had him since he was a puppy and he’s been such a good boy and has gone through a couple of certified trainings with Central Florida K9 so he is good with basic commands. Unfortunately, we are in a situation of trying to find him a new loving home because we have our third baby on the way. He was good with the baby stage, but as the kids grew up and became his height, he did become more skittish and standoffish. Right now he’s in an unfair situation living in separation from the kids, so he doesn’t have the whole house to roam at all times. he has been the only pet in the household, and has not had much socialization with other dogs, so it is unknown how he would do in a house with other animals. It is preferred that he be in a house with no other pets and no young children.

Story
Meet Apollo — Your Future Best Friend 🐾 Apollo is a 3-year-old male German Shepherd / Cur / Pit mix weighing about 75 lbs. He’s an incredibly sweet, loving, and playful boy who thrives on attention and affection. He has a big heart and so much love to give to the right family. Apollo is crate-trained, potty-trained, and knows basic commands like sit, down, speak — and he’s very food motivated, which makes further training easier. He’s up-to-date on all his shots and just needs to be neutered. Personality & Needs Apollo is happiest when he’s playing, exploring, and spending quality time with his people. He loves toys, belly rubs, and anyone who can keep up with his high-energy, fun-loving nature. However, Apollo does have some special needs: He’s been around kids, cats, and other dogs before, but after being bitten at a dog park, he’s now nervous around other animals. He would do best as the only pet in the household while he rebuilds his confidence.🐶
