Layla is a sweet, very playful 1 yr old, (11/29/24), weighing in at 66 lbs in April. She does follow commands currently taught but, sometimes hard-headed; fun teaching new ones. She eats well between 5-6 pm. Completed spay surgery on 2/18. Motivated by food. Enjoys toys but, must be sturdy! Loves walks. Sit Means Sit training began 4/22; advanced to group; much more confident and focused. She has acclimated to life with my 7 year old unneutered 152 lb Presa canario and 13 year old 37 lb Terrier mix. Both have very calm demeanors. Last hurdle: crate training; much improved; never relieves in living space but will in crate without a watchful eye on her cues to go outside. Requires a lot of time and activity. Want to avoid kill-sites. Revisiting options following current formal training.

Hollow is a smart, athletic, and affectionate dog. She loves to be near her people and follow them around everywhere they go. She also loves riding in the truck and jumps in easily on her own and is happy to sit in her seat even for hours long rides. While Hollow loves to run around the dog yard and sniff and play, she also can be very calm in the household and loves lazing on the sofa or the rug while you relax and watch TV. Hollow also LOVES water from the hose. While she does okay near bodies of water and sometimes likes to swim, she loves playing with the hose even more. She has done well with submissive, patient, and well socialized dogs and loves to play chase, especially with male dogs. She would do best in a home with no other dogs or with dogs meeting this criteria. She has met many cats and often does okay but will chase them if they are running around or go near her food bowl. A home with cats that do not tolerate dogs would likely not be a good fit. Hollow is available for adoption or foster.
