Story
Bella is a great dog and her rehoming is due to no fault of her own. I've had her for about a year, and everything has drastically changed for me recently, leaving me unable to give her the time she deserves. She's not super high energy, but she really enjoys walks and car rides for pup cups. She's super friendly but also protective of her humans. Gets along great with cats, but is very dominant towards dogs (especially females). She loves to lay beside you with a bone and just be by your side. She was my first pupper and also my protector, as I live in a not so great area. She is slightly underweight (by 8 pounds) because I had to treat her for whip worms (doggie tape worms) and she needs to gain the weight slowly. She loves children and my neighbors kids all pet her when she's outside. She's VERY much a velcro dog, and loves to be by your feet 24/7 if you let her, weather your in the shower or bed! I would love to keep in contact with her new owners.. she's my baby♥︎

Story
Available for Adoption “Arley” *Male *Approximately 7 months old; German Shepherd, 48 lbs *Extremely friendly *Puppy personality *Bilateral luxating patellas on back legs. First surgery will be 03/14. Needs a home where he can recover for 6 weeks after surgery. *Recommend no very young children due to energy level $375 Adoption fee He went for his vet visit today and was neutered. Both patellas are luxated medially and unable to be moved into the correct position. Might need surgical correction at some point after the growth plates close. Puppies can grow out of a luxating patella if the deformation of the bone that allows the kneecap to pop out of place is slight. As the puppy grows, the groove in the femur where the patella sits and glides may become deep enough that the luxation no longer occurs. Joint supplements featuring Green lipped mussel are excellent for countering the joint damage of luxating patella. They feature healthy omega 3 fatty acids in conjunction with glucosamine and chondroitin (key building blocks of joints and cartilage). FairyTails will be ordering supplements and adopting him with the understanding that he could outgrow the condition or require surgery in the future. So he will be looking for the most suitable home that can care for his needs. Thank you to the Vaughn-Greer family for your sponsorship.
