Story
Zuri is a one year old GSD mix with a heart full of love and legs made for adventure!! She is a petite pup, full grown at 40 pounds but packs a big personality. The sweet girl is potty trained, crate trained and knows basic commands like sit and down--she's super smart so eager to learn more especially if treats and toys are involved. She is playful and active and loves to chase a ball or explore outdoors with a long walk, a hike or just romping around the yard. She's always up for fun but end her day with the best snuggles. She adores her people and forms strong bonds, though she can be a little shy at first. With a little patience and maybe a treat or two she warms up quickly. Because Zuri plays with enthusiasm, she's do best in a home with older kids who can match her energy and play style. She's got so much love to give and is looking for a family that will include her in all of life's adventures. She is being fostered locally and meet can be arranged with approved application. www.sunnypawsrescue.org

Story
Jada is a smart, affectionate, high-energy dog who thrives with structure, daily exercise, and engagement. She’s very people-oriented and enthusiastic, and she does best with consistent routines and an active home. Jada is still early in her training, she occasionally responds to basic commands like sit and will need continued training and patience. She also tends to jump when greeting people, which will require reinforcement and structure. Due to changes in my housing situation, I’m seeking a stable, long-term home that can better meet her needs. This decision is about finding the right environment for her to thrive. Jada will come with her supplies to support a smooth transition, including a heavy-duty escape-proof crate, a large comfortable dog bed, food bowls, and two full bags of her current food. Health note: Jada has signs of ear irritation that have not yet been formally evaluated. I’m disclosing this for transparency so her next owner can plan a vet visit if needed.

Story
Guy is a playful boy in search of his forever family. He's a social butterfly ready to say hi to all dogs and people. Because he's still young, Guy likes to run around and play with chew toys. He will do well in a home with active pawrents that can take him out on a hike or a run. He's currently being foster in a home with 6 other large dogs and with 2 children aged 5 and 8 years old. Guy sleeps in his crate but during the day, he will avoid spending time there. His leash skills are still improving day by day. rescue story: Guy was found in a park known as a dumping ground for dogs in Houston, Texas. His foster mom, who happens to feed stray dogs, noticed him and brought him to her home. This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is neutered. (Please note: Puppies under 3 months old may not be sterilized prior to adoption. If this is the case, your adoption coordinator will provide guidance on the process.)
