Story
Sunny is a soon to be two year old pure bread German Shepard. She came to us last May all the way from Iowa. She is a very loving, attentive, active & alert girl. She is home with mom all day everyday. She does not like being put in her crate, but when we leave the house she does go in. During the day she has free rain of the home & at night sleeps behind closed door with owners. She would make a great addition to a family who is active & or always home! She is also great with children as we do have a 6 year old autistic child in our home. She comes microchipped, and with all necessary paperwork that we received when she came to us. She has not had any shots since being in our care & we know she at least needs an updated rabies shot. Overall, very healthy pup! She came to us for our son & unfortunately he has just not bonded with her so we feel she would thrive around kids/people who will bond with her.

Story
Dallas Brooks is a fun, energetic puppy in a big dog body. He's estimated to be eight months old and has lots of room to grow. He's all love but is in the awkward stage of "What goes first, my feet or my face?" He's a playful guy who is still learning to read social cues. He sleeps in his crate and walks well on a leash. He loves a soccer ball, but prefers that it is slightly deflated so it's easier to carry around the house and yard. Dallas loves people and just wants to belong! Dallas also knows a few commands like sit and down. A little more training and some patience with Dallas will mold him into the perfect companion.Dallas Brooks is adoption ready. This handsome shepherd mix is still working out the kinks with his ear quality but they are alert and attentive, even when they aren't standing at full salute. He sleeps quietly in his crate at night and walks well on a leash. He knows a few commands and loves a good, partially deflated soccer ball. He loves to "go" and picking up car keys or a leash will quickly convince him that he's about to go for a joy ride. Dallas loves people and enjoys playing with other dogs. He hasn't quite figured out social cues and is working with a trainer to learn when no means no. He's very smart, eager to please, and with the right companion who is appreciates the energy and intellect of the shepherd breed, he will be a phenomenal dog!If interested in adopting, please complete an application. An approved application from The Maggie Society is valid for up to one year. It is not necessary to complete additional applications for dogs or puppies of interest if you have already been approved. Story
**willing to have her spayed prior to adoption** Arya was surrendered to us by a neighbor that was unable to care for her anymore. My husband and I agreed to foster her and find her a new home because she is extremely loving and clearly displays what a good dog she is. She is roughly 1.5 years old, house trained, and knows commands like sit and come. Previous owner sent her to obedience classes as a puppy so she does listen to an extent. She is gentle, loving, and energetic. She is loyal and a complete goof ball. She loves to play and is easily trainable due to her intelligence. She does not show aggression towards people but is reactive towards other dogs due to lack of socialization but it is something we are working on with her. We are unable to keep her beyond fostering because we are both military and gone too often to give her the life she deserves.
