Story
When we first met Jackson he was a little despondent. We came up to his kennel and he just sat with his back to us; as if to say he knew that we wouldn't help him either. Animal control had picked him up a month and a half earlier tied to a child's swing set. He had witnessed his share of people letting him down and he had given up faith. When we removed him from his cage he acted indifferently, ears down, a non wagging tail...he wasn't going to get his hopes up. Jacks had been at the shelter longer than most of the dogs there and his time was coming up, he had been given a reprieve time and time again but the shelter was filling up and there were at least 20 new dogs waiting in intake to get his kennel. We saw the sadness in his eyes and decided he needed a chance. Within 24 hours of being in a home Jacks became a completely different dog. He now smiles from ear to ear and runs in circles trying to play keep away from all of the other fosters here. He loves water and rolls around in the small pools that we have. Jacks is crate trained and we are working on housebreaking. He loves toys and especially loves treats. Story
Skye is a very sweet girl. She was abandoned by her past owner. She is about 3 years old, good with strangers, dogs, cats, children, etc. She is blind in both eyes but mostly her left eye. She can still see but she is a little clumsy because of it. She is high energy and requires a bit of attention due to her breed. She knows basic obedience commands like sit, lay down, paw, and you can sometimes get her to roll over and is potty trained ( she is also very photogenic!) . She is not aggressive whatsoever, she has never bit anyone in the year that I have had her. Amazing temperament especially for her breed. I hope to find a loving home for this precious girl.

Story
I found Lenna (which means lion-hearted in German) through a Facebook post. She was in a ranch type of property along with 10 other similar dogs. The owner was an old nonspeaking English lady and Lenna wasn't in good shape. She was 8 weeks old when I got her. She is 15 months old now. Great companion, and a great character. Very intelligent and super receptive. Highly trainable. She is not crate trained and she has no behaviour issues. She is very much bonded with me. She plays with our Shih-Tzu (whom we adopted way before Lenna). She is good with kids preferably older kids. My son is 9 and she is very good at that. She is very active so I prefer a family with dogs preferably another GSD. The reason that I am giving her away, I have heavy business travels sometimes overseas for a month. My mother-in-law stays with us and she's cancer. For Potential adopters I need pictures with your dog and social media profile would be great to give tips about your life with dog.

Story
Keanu is a great dog, he will be an even better dog with the right training. He is very sweet and loyal. Potty trained and kennel trained. He is great with other sweet dogs and children. His bark is loud and can be off-putting at first. He loves to play and needs plenty of space to run around.
