Get ready to be charged up, because Electra is here, and she’s bringing the energy, the brains, and the puppy charm! At just 8 months old, this gorgeous German Shepherd mix is already showing off her smarts and trainability. She’s eager to learn, loves to stay active, and is always up for a new adventure (or a game of fetch). Electra is great with other dogs and has a friendly, playful personality that makes her a hit with everyone she meets. She’s still a pup, which means she’s full of energy and curiosity, but with the right guidance, she’s going to make an amazing lifelong companion. Whether you’re looking for a jogging buddy, a hiking partner, or just a really fun best friend, Electra is ready to be your go-to girl. If you're seeking a smart, spunky, and affectionate pup with a bright future, Electra’s your spark!

Story
Reevah has come so far in her time with us. She didn’t handle the loud shelter well, she came into heat while there and then after being spayed made the trip from LA to VA. She has settled and adjusted into a super good dog. Working hard on her social skills with other dogs she no longer feels threatened by them and can easily handle car rides and walks with many other dogs. She is absolutely fabulous in an urban environment, load noises and busy streets don’t phase her at all. She is learning to be less reactive when cars pull up and when new people approach. This girl is more than ready for a new home, her adopter will need to be willing to continue working with her to develop a partnership but this girl has so much to give in return.

Story
Knox is a silly and lovable 1.5-year-old German Shepherd who’s full of energy and personality! He’s super sweet, very treat motivated, and absolutely lives for playtime—especially if there’s a ball involved. This playful pup is always ready for a game of fetch and loves engaging with his people. Knox would do best in a home with older children (8 and up) who can keep up with his playful spirit. He gets along well with female dogs, but he’s a firm no when it comes to cats. If you’re looking for a fun-loving companion who will keep you on your toes and steal your heart, Knox is ready to bounce his way into your life!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Jetta and her sister Lady were from an unexpected litter and now a year later, they are the only 2 remaining. They are looking for a family to call their own either together or apart. They have lived with 3 other dogs and small children, so they are a wonderful family consideration. However with their breed mix, it is important to remember they need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation, so a fenced in backyard or an electric fence for supervised playtime is ideal. They have done well with an electic fence at their current home and are housebroken when allowed inside. They are hesitant about car rides at first, but do well riding once in the car. They have not been raised with small animals or cats and often chase them when outside, so they are a no for small animals/cats.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 6, 2025, 8:31 pm
