Story
Beauty is an extraordinary four-year-old German Shepherd born on January 15th. She's spirited, smart, and loving dog who's ready to bring joy to her forever home. Beauty will captivate you with her playful personality and boundless energy. House trained and familiar with commands like "sit" and "lay", she's well-behaved and eager to learn. She loves jumping, playing with toys, and staying active, making her perfect for someone with an energetic lifestyle. Raised in a family, Beauty gets along with other animals and children but may need supervision around tiny kids due to her enthusiasm. She's also an exceptional guard dog with strong protective instincts and a loyal, loving heart. Beauty thrives in an environment where she can be active and cherished. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal, as she enjoys running, hiking, and snuggling. While rehoming her is bittersweet, our priority is finding her a family where she can thrive. Feel free to ask about her temperament or needs!

Story
Willow is a such a sweet dog. She absolutely loves everyone and loves attention. My parents adopted her in November. They were told she was around 3 yrs old. When taken to the Vet, they stated she was anywhere between 1.5 and 3 years old. She is fixed, microchiped and up to date on shots. Willow has a lot of energy and she needs a home that has playmates already. She loves playing with other dogs. As for cats, we are unsure. We have cats but the cats are not fond of another animal. She has chased them and barked at them but the bark is a playful bark vs an aggressive bark. She also needs a lot of room to run. She absolutely loves going for rides in the car. Being a German shepherd mix, she also has separation anxiety. She will go in a crate but she will destroy anything you leave in it or leave around it. She's not happy about being left alone.

Story
Our beautiful girl is called Kassidy and had a pure German Shepherd momma and dad was a pure Great Pyrenees.  Born on 11/4, this girl is ready for a new home and will be such a wonderful companion for a family.   She is going to be a large girl when fully grown and has the best temperament that is gentle and shy and very smart.  Her curiosity is so sweet to see and what a lover she is when you call her to you for some attention.  You see the first 9 weeks of her life she got little to no attention from the man who owned their GSD Momma.  We are making up for that time now!  The combination of  the German Shepherd intelligence and devotion and the kind gentle spirit of the Great Pyrenees makes a special puppy to consider for your family.  We require that you have Shepherd or Great Pyrenees experience and a fenced yard.  No condos or apartment homes for this large breed and roaming oriented breed of puppy.  She will be a great family pet that will enjoy the company of children, other dogs and even cats.  We anticipate her grow up to be a 80 pound girl when fully grown up!!!   And of course she will be a head-turning beauty!  Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com    She is ready for a new life and loving family NOW!!!!! PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comFebruary 7, 2025, 11:26 pm

Story
This handsome German Shepherd/Malinois mix puppy is called Kong.  He is a remarkable young pup who is about 4 months old and weighs 25 pounds as of February 4th.  He was found as a wandering stray puppy in a neighborhood and no one claimed to know where he belonged.  Critter Cavalry Rescue helped the young family who took him in and soon transferred him to a foster mom who has trained German Shepherds and owns two herself.  Kong is such a fun pup with loads of potential. He is crate trained and walks great on a leash. We are working in house training and he is catching on fast. This boy is busy and active and needs both physical and mental stimulation and things to do daily.  We are looking only for someone with past Shepherd experience and strong training abilities.  He needs a strong alpha owner who will guide him and be his leader.  Kong loves life and he loves to tug and play with toys. He is good with other dogs but does tend to bark at new dogs that he meets until he is reassured they are OK.  We are taking him out for socialization experiences and it is working nicely.  His perfect home is an active home. He is not a couch potato. He loves to work and has a very busy mind. He gets into everything as a smart puppy will do. He would excel on scent work, tracking, even agility. The sky is the limit for Kong and all that he can do.  He loves to ride  in the car and really social with people. We can define what he will be like in this definition of cross breeding:  “German Shepherd x Belgian Malinois' refers to a mixed breed dog resulting from breeding a German Shepherd with a Belgian Malinois, creating a highly intelligent, energetic, and loyal dog with a strong working drive, often used for tasks like police work, agility, or protection due to their high trainability and protective instincts; they are not for everyone, but will be right for a trained Shepherd owner.  If you think you have the qualifications for Kong and definitely a homeowner with a secured fenced yard, then write to ccrtennessee@gmail.com   Tell us where you life:  city and state please. PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comFebruary 4, 2025, 1:35 pm

Story
Whisper is young, playful, and needs training. She was found and taken care of with vaccines, and all things physically. I thought I could foster and find her a home on my own, but my health issues and work have taken up my time. She is a sweet girl who needs more love and care than I'm giving. I just found her walking alone in the neighborhood and asked everywhere, but she's still not been claimed. Please adopt this sweet girl so she can be with her forever family.
