Story
Sasha had a rough start and was left on our property severely underweight with hair loss, so her past is a mystery—but she hasn’t let that stop her joyful spirit! She loves everyone she meets and greets people with full-body wiggles and lots of excitement.Sasha is a smart girl who enjoys playing with toys, especially a good game of tug-of-war. She’s working on her manners (particularly keeping all four paws on the ground), so we recommend a home with older kids to avoid accidental knock-overs. She has gotten along with some dogs, especially when she can be the more dominant of the two, and we believe she would chase cats—so a cat-free home would be best. Sasha is ready to trade her tough beginning for a loving home full of fun and affection. Please apply to adopt at: http://www.pawsgh.org

Story
Gunnar is a 4-year-old, 75-pound dog born in Montesano, Washington. He didn’t have the best start in life, his early years were spent living outdoors in a kennel run with his sister and with limited socialization but he has made wonderful progress since coming into our care 2.5 years ago. Gunnar has a moderate to high energy level and is pretty anxious at times. He is also very food oriented and enjoys being brushed, spending time with his people, snuggling, and having yard time to explore and burn off energy. He is kennel trained and currently lives with our two other dogs. Gunnar would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard and an adopter who can give him the time, patience, and attention he deserves. With the right person, Gunnar has the potential to be a loyal, loving, and devoted companion.

Story
Bruno is a good boy, he just needs a home that can give him LOTS of attention as he gets bored easily and is a chewer. He was dumped in the woods as a pup and can sometimes get separation anxiety. He loves his chew toys and all sorts of treats. He’s is a big cuddler and the most tame little guy in public. Please give this sweetie the love and time he deserves.

Story
Killua is a shy 4 yr. old male who is anxious when other dogs are around, but not around people. With people he is very friendly, but doesn't like a toy taken from him :) I have had him for 4-5 months. I got him from my friend's niece when she became too busy with a new baby to continue to give him the attention he deserves to have. Unfortunately, even though dogs are allowed at my apartment complex I misunderstood that they have to small dogs, 20lbs or less. I'm really disappointed because even in a short amount of time I've really grown to love him. He will be missed!

Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Bella is a beautiful, intelligent, loving 4yo German Shepherd mix. She’s great on leash, whether walking loosely by your side or in a heel. She enjoyed basic training class, mastering commands like sit, down, and stay. Bella is eager to please, very smart, and picks up new commands quickly. She thrives with structure and would make a fantastic companion for someone who enjoys training & spending quality time with their dog. Bella would do best as an only pet or with very slow and supervised introductions to other animals. While she currently lives with two other dogs, she gets along well with only one and has shown aggression toward the other with one attack requiring stitches. Due to this, she’s best suited for a home where she doesn’t need to share her space with other pets or where the adopter has experience with carefully managing dog introductions. Bella is loving and loyal. If you’re looking for a smart trainable companion who loves going on walks, Bella might be for you!
