Story
Hello, We are looking to rehome are German Shephard mix as we took him in for someone who had kids who were allergic, and it was an emergency for them. While Gunther has been with us, we have kept on his shots, and he is perfectly healthy. Gunther loves to fetch, listens really well (can be walked without a leash) and has had no problems with other animals or our infant daughter. Gunther is 7 years old and would be great for someone who wants a dog that is already well trained.

Story
Hi everyone, my name is Charlotte and I'm good girl! I'm obedient and love to go on walks. My current foster mom found me and my sidekick Sugar (the chihuahua :). I'm about 8 or 9 years old and he is 3. Our former owner could no longer care for us.. I was very, very sad, but have received lots of love from my foster family. Sugar is very attached to me and we would love to stay together in our forever home. Can you please take us both together!? We are each other's only constant at this juncture in our lives :( We seem to both do well with kids. I'm more patient with other pets, but Sugar is hit or miss. We LOVE going for walks!!! Our foster mom sometimes takes us 3x a day, but we at least need our morning walk and walk before bedtime. We are not scared of thunderstorms either and we are really well behaved. Because I'm older, I don't really get the zoomies too much, but if you say "let's dance" I'll jump for treats. Other favs: snacks, pup cups, car rides, belly rubs. Sugar likes to burrow under the covers and admittedly sometimes has accidents inside - he just needs encouragement to go outside if he hasn't been on a walk. We are an "opposites attract" kind of couple looking for that family who LOVES OPPOSITES :) We will fill your couch and your heart with love and dedication, to you and to each other!!! Attributes Crate Trained House trained Aside from our walks we do not need an active lifestyle, we're very chill. Local adoption fee (together) is $350 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee (together) is $700 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Selena! She is currently 4 months old, and we think she may be a German Shepherd/ Lab mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Selena's video here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CcYkt0fAnP8&feature=youtu.be Selena loves to play and take lots of naps! This beauty falls in love with you as soon as she meets you. Selena is also a treat lover. If there is a treat on you, she’s sniffing it out! Because she loves treats so much, we think Selena would love training time, and she would be willing to learn anything! Score! Even the kiddos could have some fun training this girl! Selena is a happy, bouncy baby girl who loves to play. This beauty will follow you around with her happy smile to brighten your day. She wants to be your new best friend! Selena is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/684adcc4c5611e8a1c0c385b Please email tim@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1,00.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
Hi! My name is Sky and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by a good Samaritan on 06/11/25.I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!I weigh 63 lbs and am considered a large breed dog.I am a very smart dog! At the shelter I am practicing how to `sit`.I am an independent dog who likes to do my own thing!Because of my shy nature, I would do best in a calm, quiet home.I would do best in a home with older children.
