Story
Introducing Bagel, the brave and resilient 40 lb Shepherd mix who's ready to embark on a journey of trust, love, and companionship! Despite her initial shyness, Bagel has a big heart and is eagerly awaiting the chance to find a patient and understanding forever family. Bagel may appear trepidatious at first glance, but beneath her initial apprehension lies a courageous and determined spirit. She's a baby at just 7 months who's still learning to navigate the world around her, and while she may need some time to earn her trust, Bagel is making great strides in overcoming her fears and embracing new experiences. She's very vigilant of her surroundings and shows a keen awareness of her environment. Once she warms up to you, you can expect plenty of affectionate face kisses and heartfelt moments of connection. Bagel enjoys playing with toys and is food motivated, making her a joy to train and interact with. She's a smart cookie who already knows basic commands like sit and walks fairly well on a leash, demonstrating her eagerness to learn and please. Bagel is looking for a calm and patient home where she can feel safe and secure. She would thrive in a quiet environment with family who understand her needs and are willing to provide her with the time and space she requires to build trust and confidence. Bagel's ideal family would be committed to helping her overcome her fears and would offer plenty of love, reassurance, and positive reinforcement. Let's make this special girl's dream of finding a forever family a reality! Together, we can give her the loving home she deserves and ensure that her future is filled with trust, love, and happiness. The dog adoption fee is $90. Story
Vader is an energetic, fun loving boy. Our family loves him, but we unfortunately don’t have much time for him. We currently live in an apartment and have a very busy schedule with 3 kids. He needs a home that can get him outside more often. He would love having a yard. He needs a person or family that can put more time into him. We are currently looking into getting him fixed, but it may not happen due to our finances right now.

Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Shadow is a purebred and registered (papers have been lost) 4yr old neutered German Shepherd. He is affectionate, LOVES to play, cuddle and is a good guard dog. He has good manners and is eager to learn. He roams freely on 5 acres yet stays home. I have had him for more than a year and he left the property only twice-both times because of deer (but he came right back). The reason I am rehoming him is because a Guide dog for the blind dog is moving into the house. Shadow does NOT get along with ANY other dogs or cats. Because of this, I would not trust him with children either. Expert training may help with this behavior, but I can not take the chance with a guide dog. I am looking for a home that has no other pets or children. A home with room for him to roam-he can not be taken to dog parks for exercise. Preferably with an owner who has experience with dog handling. Shadow is an indoor mostly dog. If the right home is found, I would consider removing the homing fee.
