Name: Major Age: 7 Breed: Shepherd Mix Gender: Male Weight: 70 Good with kids: Yes! Good with dogs: Yes! Good with cats: Can be playfully curious Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Appleton Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: See this face? This is the smile of an 7yr old boy, who has waited &#226&#157&#151&#239&#184&#1432 YEARS&#226&#157&#151&#239&#184&#143 for a new beginning. Back in Texas, and group took Major in with the false promises to help him. But, when he tested positive for Heartworms, they left him behind with a partner of ours. Through the course of those 2 years the group made excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't get Major. When in reality, they just couldn't be bothered with a sweet boy who needed some medical care. Thankfully, Our partner doesn't suck, and made sure Major recieved the treatments he needed. So, now that he is a happy, healthy, and Heartworm free boy. Major is ready for his new beginning! When his foster lady heard the story, there was zero hesitation in having him join us here. He is an incredibly sweet boy, who really loves to be outdoors and play with his toys. Major has been great with other dogs and friendly with everyone he meets. Due to the environment Major spent so much time, he does mark a bit while adjusting and is currently wearing belly bands. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.March 30, 2025, 10:52 pm

Story
Name: Luka Age: 9 months Breed: Husky/Bernese Mt Dog Gender: Male Weight: 45 Good with kids: Teen+ Good with dogs: Highly interested in play Good with cats: not yet tested  Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Appleton  Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: A hyper boy who fell into the wrong hands early in life. Luka was not allowed to be playful, wasnt trained right from wrong, and was innapropriatly handled for not knowing better. From what we’re told, Luka was said to be pinned down, yelled at, and who knows, when he'd get very normal young dog energy.   This resulting in a current fear of men, and nervousness with strangers. When his foster first met him it was clear he wasn't comfortable with much physical contact, and was afraid of getting playful infront of people.                                                        Luka has warmed up fast to foster lady, instantly wants to do zoomies with every dog here, is not reactive, and just needs the right opportunity to thrive. At under 1 year old, he has plenty of potential.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Luka will be looking for an ACTIVE and EXPERIENCED home ready to not only help this sweet boy burn his energy.  But, help him gain back the confidence no dog should have had beat out of them, learn right from wrong the proper ways, and live a happy bouncy life. **MY ADOPTION FEE IS REDUCED!**Bring some pizazz with your life with TAZ!Taz is a local surrender, due to not being a good lifestyle fit. This spunky German Shepherd mix is looking for a family with an active lifestyle and room to let him stretch his legs. He loves playing fetch to help burn off his energy. He is incredibly intelligent and loves learning new things (and getting snacks!)Taz has done excellent living with children as young as four, and loved the children in his home. Taz has lived with another dog and done well, but is fearful of new dogs and would need a patient family and slow introductions in order to live with a new canine companion. According to his family, Taz is housebroken (bell trained), and crate trained. He knows some basic commands, and is eager to learn more!Taz is neutered, up to date on core vaccinations, has received dewormer, flea, tick, & heartworm prevention, and is microchipped. If you have any questions about Taz or our adoption process, please reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org and book an appointment to meet with him today!

Meet Winston! Your Future Loyal CompanionWinston is a handsome 8-month-old German Shepherd male with a heart of gold and a desire to find his forever home. He`s a stunning example of his breed, eager to learn and ready to bond deeply with his new family.A Loyal Friend in the Making:Winston is a smart and attentive boy who thrives on routine and positive reinforcement. He`s already shown great potential with older children, displaying a gentle and tolerant nature with them. He`s a quick learner and will undoubtedly excel with continued training and consistent guidance. What Winston is Looking For:Winston is seeking an experienced and patient adopter who understands the needs of a young German Shepherd. Due to his strong prey drive, Winston absolutely cannot go to a home with cats or other small animals. He would thrive as the only pet in the home, or potentially with another well-matched, dog-savvy canine companion pending very careful and supervised introductions. He can be a little nervous around new people at first, but with a calm approach and a bit of patience, he quickly warms up and reveals his affectionate side. His ideal home will be one where he can receive plenty of socialization in a controlled and positive manner, helping him build confidence.Winston is neutered, up to date on core vaccinations, has received dewormer, flea, tick, & heartworm prevention, and is microchipped. If you have questions about Winston or our adoption process, please call us at 920-733-1717 or email adopt@foxvalleypets.org to schedule a meeting!

Meet Reina! The Sweetest German Shepherd Ready for Forever LoveThis stunning German Shepherd, Reina, arrived at our shelter as a stray, and despite whatever challenges she faced on her own, her sweet, gentle nature shines through. Reina is a true testament to the resilient and loving spirit of the German Shepherd breed. We believe she is approximately five years old and, since arriving, has been blossoming with every passing day. Reina has a heart of gold and is incredibly eager to find a family to call their own. She is great with people and greets everyone with a wagging tail and gentle nudges for pets. One of their favorite things is gently leaning into you for a good ear scratch. Reina is wiggly lady just looking for some love. While we don`t know Reina`s full history, we do know that she deserves a lifetime of comfort, security, and endless belly rubs. She would thrive in a home where her intelligence can be nurtured with continued training and enrichment. It`s important to note that Reina needs to be the only animal in her new home, as she does not get along with other dogs or cats. We imagine Reina would be friendly with children; however, she has a tendency to jump up on people so she might not be the best fit for very small kiddos. If you`re looking for a loyal, intelligent, and incredibly sweet companion to complete your family, look no further than Reina! Come meet this wonderful German Shepherd and see if she is the perfect match for you.Reina is spayed, up to date on core vaccinations, has received flea, tick, & heartworm prevention, and is microchipped! If you think you have room enough in your heart and home for this smart lady, please reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org and book an appointment to meet with her today!
