Story
Aurora is a wonderful & thoughtful beautiful mother. Her litter of pups are about 9weeks old. Luckily Aurora & her pups have been well cared for in a foster home in Puerto. They will be in Pennington, NJ at the end of April. Aurora is a little shy & needs some time & patience before she will feel comfortable. This girl will become your best dog ever with gentle, firm kindness, love, and clear guidance. All our dogs/pups are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They have been dewormed and are current on vaccinations. Our adoption fee includes 30 days of complimentary medical insurance for your new pet. Breed and size is frequently a guess and can not be guaranteed. Our dogs are fostered on a private residence, we do not have a free standing shelter. They live on a farm where they run and play with other dogs, cats, horses, and barnyard fowl. Initial contact with us must be made through e-mail. E-mail ARFofMercer@gmail.com directly for an adoption application or with any questions. Once your adoption application is approved, you will be invited to meet our dogs/puppies.

Story
Lyra’s mother is a German Wired hair Pointer, pictured here. Lyra is an adorable little girl who is ready to find her forever home! With her soulful eyes and sweet, curious expression, she’s the kind of puppy that will melt your heart. She’s the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. Expect zoomies followed by snuggle time. With her sporting breed background, she’ll likely grow into an active, intelligent dog who enjoys walks, playtime, and learning new things. She needs a family who is ready to give her love, structure, and training with regular exercise and mental stimulation. She will enjoy outdoor adventures and being your hiking buddy! She is attentive, eager to connect, and already showing signs of being a loyal companion. Puppies like her don’t stay available for long. She is 9 weeks old and will likely be around 50 pounds as an adult. All our dogs/pups are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They have been dewormed and are current on vaccinations. Story
Creek is the best family dog. He is 5 years old and 62 lbs and does well in any situation. Great with dogs and kids and we can cat test. Breed expereince and a fenced yard, helps. Creek knows his commands and is very well mannered. He is a total lovebug and a velcro dog for sure. Just so affectionate. Had a neglected life, til he was saved in January. He is just wonderful. Truly just an awesome dog in need of an awesome home and family. A must meet, for he will steal your heart for sure. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health.  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $695 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)   April 30, 2026, 1:54 pm
