Before arriving at PORT, she hadn’t known loving hands, and because of that she is extremely anxious and unsure. Everything is new to her — gentle voices, soft beds, patient touch. The good news? She is dog friendly and truly lights up around other dogs. Sally would thrive in a home with a confident, kind canine companion who can help show her the ropes and teach her how to just be a dog. Because of her anxiety, an adult-only home would be best for her so she can feel safe, move at her own pace, and continue building trust. Sally Girl doesn’t need perfection — she just needs patience, consistency, and someone willing to let her bloom in her own time. The transformation waiting inside her is going to be beautiful. 💛
