Story
Meet Daisy! Daisy came to us after being surrendered to a shelter along with her sister and mother. Upon arrival, we discovered a concerning mass on her abdomen. Our veterinary team promptly evaluated her, and the mass was surgically removed and tested. Sadly, the results confirmed both squamous cell carcinoma and hemangiosarcoma.   Following her initial surgery, Daisy experienced a rapid regrowth of the squamous cell carcinoma, and she now has multiple lesions on her abdomen. After another consultation, our vets have advised against a second surgery due to the fragile condition of her tissue, which would make successful closure unlikely. Instead, we’re managing her condition with topical treatments to slow the growth and keep her comfortable for as long as possible, always prioritizing her quality of life.   To help protect her lesions, Daisy wears a soft wrap overnight and occasionally during the day if she starts licking. Despite her diagnosis, Daisy remains full of life and love—and we would absolutely love to find her a foster or, even better, a forever home.   Daisy is a true bird dog at heart. She adores going for walks, nose to the ground, taking in the world through scent. She does have a noticeable prey drive, so a home without cats or small animals is best. Daisy is incredibly affectionate and craves human attention—so much so that she occasionally needs a gentle reminder of her manners.   She would thrive with a confident, dog-savvy person who can provide structure and clear boundaries. Daisy could live happily with another dog her size or enjoy life as your one and only.   If you’re interested in fostering, we provide all supplies, medical care, and full support. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to Daisy—whether as a foster or forever family—please submit an adoption application through our website   Adoption fee includes - spay/neuter, microchip & chip registration, UTD vaccines, fecal testing, de-worming, flea treatment. Daisy would do great in a home with...Cats : nopeDogs : Yep!  Kiddos : 10+    ##2251828##

Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.

Story
Penny is a Dalmatian, 8 years old. She is a snuggle monster and will wiggle her 55lb self into your arms if given the chance. She is vocal in both joy and sass, and will let you know if someone is at the door. Not ideal for apartments She is currently living with a senior dog, mutt. In her aging years, she is a little grumpy with him, but they still play everyday. She has lived with a cat, bunny, and children without incident. Why re-homing now? If it was one thing, I would manage, it's a stack of challenges: allergies have developed with 2 members of the family, finances continue to grow tighter, and I think there is someone out there who can give her all the snuggles she desires. She used to be able to lay on the couch and sleep in our beds, with new allergies she isn't allowed on either and it's sad. Penny is not your adventure dog. She will bark at everyone when she leaves the house Penny is perfect for swaddling in blankets, snuggled up with you, and loves a warm dog sweater
