Hi there, I'm Lainey! I'm a sweet girl with a big heart and so much love to give. I didn't have the easiest start in life, but it didn't take me long to discover how wonderful love, snuggles, and a cozy couch can be. I'm a little shy when meeting new people, but give me a couple of minutes, and I'll likely be following you around, hoping to become your new best friend! I'm a pretty easygoing girl who enjoys a little bit of everything. I love lounging on the couch, running around the yard with my dog friends, and playing a good game of chase. Another dog in my forever home would be a big bonus, but not required! I'm quiet almost all the time, although I might let out a little whine when I'm looking for some attention. And if you happen to have a hand available for belly rubs, I will happily volunteer my tummy! I'm good with cats and friendly when meeting other dogs. I haven't been around children yet, but I may do well with them. Birds, however, aren't really my thing, so a bird-free home would be best for me. I'm still learning some of the basics, including walking on a leash and feeling comfortable in a crate. I'll need a patient family to help me practice and build my confidence. I may need to be carried outside for potty breaks at first, but I catch on quickly once I learn the routine. I had just a couple of accidents during my first days in foster home, and I've been learning ever since! My favorite times of day are evenings spent relaxing with my people, getting belly rubs, and, of course, MEAL TIME! I'm ready to find my family and fill a home with love, snuggles, and happy little moments. --- Lainey is from Texas. Winston has had a rough start on the streets and was unfortunately attacked by another stray dog. Despite this, he is a sweetheart who just wants love and cuddles. Winston is wonderful in the crate and considers it to be his safe space. He walks nicely on the leash and has come to absolutely love walks around the neighborhood. He is a bit cautious when meeting new humans, but can be won over with treats. Winston is a lounger more than a player, but he will co-exist with other calm dogs. Because of his cautious nature, Winston would do best in a home without kids or high-energy dogs. He has done great with cats in the home. Winston will need some support with basic command training, housetraining and just getting used to the home. Given his background, he can take some time to feel comfortable, but once he does you can expect a loyal companion who is always available for cuddles! Winston is from Texas. Hi, I’m Timon! I’m a happy, friendly guy who loves being around my people and making new friends. I’m friendly with everyone I meet and I’m good with kids, too! When it comes to other dogs, I might take just a little time to warm up before I’m ready to play. But once I decide you’re my friend, I’m all in! I love making doggy besties, and my goofy personality really comes out when it’s time to play. Most of the time, I’m a pretty chill guy, but I definitely have my moments when I need to get some zoomies out. I can get a little vocal when I’m playing because sometimes having fun is just too exciting to keep quiet about! I’m also still working on a few important skills. Hi, I'm Noodles! I’m a sweet, funny little guy with a gentle personality and a playful side! I’ve been living in a busy foster home with dogs of all ages and sizes, and I’ve done wonderfully with all the activity. I love playing in the yard, keeping an eye on what’s happening around me, and then finding a cozy spot on the couch, chair, or one of my favorite little “perches” to relax. One of my best qualities is how wonderfully tolerant I am with other dogs. I even let foster puppies crawl all over me without making a fuss! I may be a little unsure when meeting a new dog, but once I’m comfortable, I’m happy to play. A doggy friend isn’t required, but I definitely seem to enjoy having friends around. I can be a little timid when meeting new people, but I’m not barky or snappy. I just like a moment to decide you’re safe, and then my sweet personality comes through! I haven’t been around kids or cats. At adoption events, I’m perfectly happy hanging out around kids and all the activity, but kids 10+ would likely be the best fit for me. I’m making great progress with potty training, doing well in my crate, but I'm still learning how to walk on a leash and need some help with basic obedience. I’m a fantastic car traveler and settle nicely in my crate. I’m usually very quiet, although I may join the other pups in a little “puppy chorus” when I hear dogs barking or see something interesting outside. And did someone say FOOD? Mealtime and snacks are definitely my favorite! I’m very food motivated, which should make training and building my confidence extra fun. I’m a sweet little guy looking for a patient family who will give me time to settle in and let my personality shine! --- Noodles is from Texas. Waffle was found abandoned in a neighborhood. With no information on his past, it's hard to know what Waffle has gone through, but he is ready to find his happily ever after. Waffle is a good dog, but he does have some areas to be aware of. He resource guards people, so will need a family willing to work on this with him. He can be testy if other dogs get too close to his person; because of this, he would do best in an adult-only home. Waffle hasn't met cats, but is likely to do fine with them. Upon meeting other dogs, he is playful, relaxed and interested. He does love to play chase and tumble with other dogs! Waffle is wonderful in his crate and is fine with being leashed but needs some practice walking nicely. One funny quirk is when he sleeps, his bottom lip relaxes and he shows sleep teefers. It's adorable. If you're willing to work on a few things to help Waffle feel secure, then he can put his best paw forward and become his best self!
