Story
Luna is a purebred, AKC-certified Siberian Husky with the sweetest, calmest, and most loving personality. She’s playful, affectionate, and full of energy. Professionally trained at Kansas City K9 Academy (3-week course) AKC Certified Luna has ongoing intestinal issues that need to be checked by a specialist and has been diagnosed with Giardia. She has gone through multiple treatments unknowingly before we had adopted her as well, but the problem has not fully resolved, and she continues to have frequent accidents in her crate. Unfortunately, I can no longer afford continued vet care or manage her medical needs in an apartment setting. This is a heartbreaking decision, and I truly want Luna to go to a home that can give her the care and stability she deserves.

Meet Una, a sweet 4-year-old husky girl who’s feeling just a little unsure in the big, noisy shelter—but with time, patience, and love, her true personality will shine bright! Una loves playing in the snow and exploring the great outdoors, and she’s already doing well with her leash skills. She knows Sit and Shake and would be excited to learn even more. Once she gets comfortable, you might even get to see her playful side come out to play! Una can’t wait to find her forever family and create a lifetime of memories together. Come meet this lovely girl today—you won’t want to miss her!Una has been a little overwhelmed during playgroups at the shelter so she has been hanging out with other gentle and mellow pups to help her gain confidence. Una is spayed, microchipped, up to date on her vaccinations, and ready for her forever home!
