🐶 Mia – 7 years old Mia is a gentle, sweet soul with the calmest demeanor. At around 7 years old, she’s past the wild puppy stage and ready to enjoy the simple things in life: cozy naps, leisurely walks, and lots of love. Mia is incredibly affectionate and just wants to be near her people. She would make the perfect companion for someone looking for a mellow, loving best friend to share their days with.

Story
This is Crystallis(Crystal for short) BIRTHDAY: June 23, 2025, 25lbs. Golden Lab. DNA tested currently in progress (update soon) She was part of an accidental litter of 7 puppies. The mother was a brown lab and mysteriously got pregnant. Crystallis was the albino pup. Just like her mother she is very energetic, playful, loves her toys or literally anything you throw at her direction, and entertaining. She is a healthy puppy. She is neutered and has her shots updated at the Animal Care Clinic and Spay and Neuter Clinic, both in Concord NC, and I have a medical folder for her. She loves playing with other dogs, but doesn't fully understand cat behaviors. We do not have kids, but she like interaction with other people. She may be nervous at first, but once she gets use to you, she will follow you following you and being by your side. I do recommend that she goes to a family with kids and/or maybe a farm. That way she can be surrounded by people and/or have space to run.

Story
Ryder is the sweetest dog who loves every person and dogs of all ages. She will be two on March 27th and needs a family that has time to spend with her and time to take her on walks, play fetch, and time to just love on. We got Ryder from a breeder one week before I found out I was pregnant and at the time we thought we could manage a young dog and a baby, but unfortunately we cannot find the time for her that she deserves. She is so good with our baby and she is so sweet to us so this has been the toughest decision we have made as a family but she deserves so much more than we are able to give her right now. She is house and leash trained and she knows simple commands such as sit and lay but could learn so much more if the time is spent with her.

Story
Meet McCoy – the sweetest little sidekick you didn’t know you were missing. At just 4.5 months old and 24 pounds, McCoy is a delightful mix of silly, snuggly, and smart. He may be a tiny bit shy at first, but give him a little patience and you’ll quickly discover his playful personality and affectionate heart. McCoy comes from a pretty interesting family tree! His mom is a Heeler/Beagle mix and his dad is a cream-colored Goldendoodle, which resulted in one very unique and adorable pup. He has the coloring of his siblings but favors his Beagle-mix mama in looks — with short little legs, a loooong Basset-style body, and a thick, medium-length coat that’s perfect for cuddling. Though he was born outside and spent his early weeks living outdoors with his parents and littermates, McCoy is now thriving inside a loving foster home. He’s learning all about family life — from the excitement of greeting you at the door (he gives the best welcome-home kisses!) to living with young boys ages 6 and 10. Every day he grows braver and more confident. At first, the big dogs in his foster home made him a little nervous — but now? He’s happily part of the crew. He absolutely loves to run and play outside, and fetch with tennis balls is quickly becoming one of his favorite games. And yes… he is SMART. You can just see those wheels turning. One of the most special things about McCoy is how deeply he bonds with his people. When his foster mom recently had a terrible migraine, McCoy instinctively curled up beside her and stayed close, offering quiet comfort. He’s not just cute — he truly cares. His activity level is beautifully balanced. He enjoys playtime and adventures, but he’s just as happy snuggled up right next to you. With a loving, supportive family, McCoy is going to absolutely bloom into the best kind of companion — loyal, joyful, and full of heart. He is expected to grow to around 45–50 pounds when fully grown. If you’re looking for a special boy who is adorable inside and out, McCoy may be your perfect match. To learn more about McCoy, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com. We transport from our rescue base in Nashville up the northeastern corridor of states to approved adopters. McCoy is ready to find his forever family — maybe it’s you. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.February 12, 2026, 9:03 pm

Story
Vince is truly one of the sweetest souls you will ever meet. He is incredibly gentle and loving with people and has never shown any aggression toward humans. He has been wonderful with our family and has always been especially calm and kind in the home. As a puppy, he experienced repeated attacks from his siblings, which left him with some trauma. Because of that, he can be reactive toward other dogs-particularly dogs with dominant personalities. This behavior has only ever shown as growling and has never escalated into a fight, but he would do best as the only dog in the home or with very careful, experienced handling. He has never shown aggression toward kids. He thrives in a calm, respectful environment where his boundaries are understood. When he’s not soaking up love, you’ll find him sunbathing outside, happily collecting rocks or just enjoying a peaceful day. He is affectionate, loyal, and deeply loving, a true golden heart.
