Located in Leonard, Fannin County, Texas: Sable is a Retriever mix at 56 pounds and believed to be about 12 - 18 months old and fully grown physically. She is sweet natured, gentle and a little shy until she sees you are friendly and safe. She gets along well with other dogs, both male and female, and is gentle and submissive with people and other dogs. On a bark scale of 1 - 10 I'd rate her a 3. She has not been a barking problem. Sable is spayed, vaccinated and heartworm negative. I believe Sable would make a good family pet due to her temperament and average adult energy level. She is intelligent and would be easy to train. She is a good eater and is not picky. No food aggression.

Sunny is a beautiful Golden Retriever/Border Collie mix with a loving personality and a heart full of affection. He is an incredible people dog who thrives on attention, companionship, and spending quality time with his human. Sunny has grown up around other dogs and does well with them, but at the end of the day, he would much rather have his person all to himself. He has been with and grown up with our family for many years and it is with the heaviest of hearts we are choosing to re-home him. Our first born child has severe allergies that have not improved and we are about to welcome our second. Ultimately our children’s health is top priority and we desperately want Sunny to have a loving home where he can get the attention and affection he deserves. He loves going on walks, being outdoors, and soaking up every bit of attention he can get. He would make an amazing companion for someone looking for a loving, people-oriented dog who enjoys both adventure and cuddles.

Baby is the sweetest little old lady you ever knew.At 12 years young, she's the kind of personality that if she had thumbs, she would probably always have fresh cookies, tea or coffee, and a comfortable place for you to sit and rest.Baby has never met a stranger, and is good with other dogs and cats as well. The current neighbors have livestock, and she is very good about respecting their space.Baby is needing to be rehomed because her human, our mother, recently passed. As much as we would love to take her in, we cannot give her the kind of home she deserves, and it would be unfair to her to try to shoehorn her into a bad fit.We want Baby to be able to live out her golden years in a home that can provide her with the space, attention, and energy she deserves.

Where did we get Zona? - We got Zona off of Craigslist when she was a puppy in 2022. What is her breed? - She is half Golden Retriever and half Great Pyrenees How old is she? - She’s 4 years old now About Zona: - Zona has a gentle personality and is wonderful with kids. She loves being around people and has been a great companion to our family. As our family continues to grow, we’ve realized we can no longer give her the time and attention she truly deserves. This has been a very difficult decision for us, and we want to find Zona a loving, caring home where she will continue to be loved and well cared for. We are hoping to find the perfect family who can give her the attention, affection, and stable home she deserves.

Meet Tommy! 🐾 Tommy is a Golden Retriever mix, possibly with Boxer, and is around 2 years old. Despite a difficult past, he is one of the sweetest and most loyal dogs you could meet. He loves walks, toys, treats, and being close to his person whenever possible. Tommy does have a bite history and territorial tendencies, so he would do best as the only dog in a calm, experienced home where he can receive plenty of attention, patience, and structure. He is currently dealing with left hip issues and will be receiving surgery soon, along with possible neurological concerns. Even through these challenges, Tommy remains loving, affectionate, and eager to bond with people. He is truly a special boy looking for a forever home and someone willing to give him the second chance he deserves. ❤️

Rosie is approx. 1 year old and 55 lbs. as of June 2026. She was found stray and an owner was never located. She's now resting comfortably in her foster home while she waits for her forever family. She will be spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and tested for heartworms on June 25 and has an adoption fee of $275.
