Meet Buttermint! - Buttermint is about 8 weeks old and weighs about 6 lbs. The mom is a pit bull mix and the dad was a chocolate lab. Buttermint is in a foster home with his brother Hershey and they love to wrestle and play. Buttermint is working hard on his house and crate training and doing a great job! Because he is a baby puppy, he will require an adopter who is home a good portion of the day to continue his/her training—no exceptions. Buttermint is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped and will need to be neutered at 6 months of age. The Adoption Fee for this puppy $400.00 plus a $100.00 spay/neuter refundable deposit. ***Please note, this pup's immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age and therefore, s/he is not suited for Apartment/Condo living or Town homes without a private fenced yard and will not be able to go to public places where s/he could possibly be exposed to the germs of unvaccinated dogs, such as PetSmart/PetCo and dog parks until s/he is 16 weeks old*** ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which helps with the cost of routine vet care.
