Meet Snickers! 🍫 Snickers is one of Fern’s adorable puppies — born on August 5, 2025, and currently weighing around 15 lbs. We’re not sure of his exact breed mix, but our best guess is Retriever/Hound mix. Fern is Snickers mom and she weighs in at 27 lbs. Whatever his mix, Snickers is a sweet, playful pup who loves attention and cuddles! Snickers is good with other dogs and young enough to learn about cats. Snickers loves to play with his doggie toys and running around the backyard. If you’re looking for a fun, loving companion to grow up with, Snickers might be the perfect fit for your family! 💕 Because Snickers is still a baby, he’ll need an adopter who is home a good portion of the day to continue his training and socialization — no exceptions. This puppy is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped and will need to be spayed at the age of 6 months. The Adoption Fee for this puppy $400.00. ***Please note, this pup's immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age and therefore, s/he is not suited for Apartment/Condo living or Town homes without a private fenced yard and will not be able to go to public places where s/he could possibly be exposed to the germs of unvaccinated dogs, such as PetSmart/PetCo and dog parks until s/he is 16 weeks old*** ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. Hershey is about 8 weeks old and weighs about 8 lbs. The mom is a pit bull mix and the dad was a chocolate lab. Hershey is in a foster home with his brother Buttermint and they love to wrestle and play. Hershey is working hard on his house and crate training and doing a great job! Because he is a baby puppy, he will require an adopter who is home a good portion of the day to continue his/her training—no exceptions. Hershey is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped and will need to be neutered at 6 months of age. Zoey's previous foster shared that she is a loving golden retriever. She is very affectionate once she gets to know you. Zoey is always happy to sit and sleep right at your feet while you are home. She is house trained and if left alone will tirelessly look out the window waiting for your return. She walks well, but has a small prey drive. Someone has to keep those nosy squirrels from interrupting her owner's walk. She's always up to play games. You will know when she wants to play as she'll bring her tug-o-war rope to your chair or drop tennis balls on your lap for some quality fetch time. She is a bit of an alpha dog and plays well with some dogs but not others. With that being the case, we think she would do better as a solo dog in the home or a slow controlled introduction if there are other pets. Please let us know if you would like to meet Zoey A!
